Now more than ever, advertising agency executives are faced with critical business issues that significantly impact the success of both the agency and its employees. The 4A’s Executive Leadership Program guides participants in developing the skills, perspectives and confidence necessary to navigate their agencies through the rough terrain of the current economic environment.

How It Works
ELP attendees are assigned to teams that collectively act as the managing director of a real advertising agency. Using computer simulation, the teams encounter more than 300 problems that require key management decisions that will impact the short- and long-term success of the agency. In just one week, participants will gain three years of agency management experience, including:

• Leading, managing, transforming and growing an agency over time;
• Assessing the impact of leadership and management practices on employee motivation, retention and bottom-line performance;
• Creating action plans to improve performance;
• Developing and maintaining effective teams;
• Leading an agency through change; and
• Identifying your own leadership and management strengths and development needs.

Who Should Attend
The 4A’s ELP is designed for:

• High-potential managers prime for promotion to general management;
• Recently appointed managing directors or general managers who are desiring additional management training; and
• Current C-suite agency executives seeking a fresh perspective on management and leadership.

Cost

Cancellations without substitutions
If requests for cancellations are received by 4A’s in writing on or before Friday December 18, 2009, refunds of 50% will be granted. Refunds cannot be issued after December 18, 2009.
