An Update from 4A's with Tom Finneran
Over the past several years, the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s) has developed a range of tools and conducted discussion seminars on Agency Business Development and Client Compensation. On December 1st, 4A's EVP Tom Finneran will discuss “Agency Value and Compensation.” Mr. Finneran will discuss client needs and expectations, business development advice from industry experts, and agency compensation dynamics including the current realities. 4A’s will review new tools to help agencies with cost and labor-based compensation arrangements, as well as lead a discussion of new initiatives in the area Value Based Compensation.
