Spence Kramer, CEO
Spence Kramer, CEO, J. Walter Thompson Atlanta, is an established global business leader with a passion for creativity and 20+ years of client and agency-side executive leadership experience.

Prior to joining J. Walter Thompson in 2016, Spence served as Crispin Porter + Bogusky’s first ever Global Managing Director as well as Global Account Director at Wieden + Kennedy, where he led Nike’s long-standing “Just Do It” campaign and the winning pitch for Coca-Cola’s 2014 FIFA World Cup sponsorship.

Before the agency world, Spence was a Vice President at both Virgin America and ESPN.
Vann Graves, CCO
Vann Graves was appointed Chief Creative Officer of J. Walter Thompson Atlanta in 2016. He brings 20+ years of creative and executive leadership experience to the company, formerly serving as an EVP, Global Executive Creative Director at McCann New York; VP, Creative Director at BBDO New York; and Founder, CCO at FL+G, a full-service agency he started in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Vann has worked with some of the world’s leading global brands and has earned numerous industry awards. His work has been recognized with Cannes Lions, Grand London International Awards, a Grand Clio and the D&AD Graphite Pencil.
Charae Warner, HR Director
Charae Warner joined J. Walter Thompson Atlanta in May 2016. Coming to Atlanta from J. Walter Thompson’s New York office, Charae has been providing strategic and operational HR direction for the Company since 2011.

A Brooklyn, New York, native, Charae holds an undergraduate degree from Trinity College and an MBA with a concentration in HR Management from Baruch College. Prior to joining J. Walter Thompson, she held various HR roles with media and entertainment companies, including Misys, Sony Music and BBC Worldwide.
Kim Jenis, CFO
Kim serves as the Chief Financial Officer for J. Walter Thompson Atlanta, and joined in August of 2016 to drive growth and strategic financial support for the agency. In her role, she supports the Agency Financials and Facilities functions. Kim is a collaborative business partner bringing over 17 years of media and advertising experience to J. Walter Thompson.

Kim was previously SVP, Finance from Moxie, an affiliate of Publicis Groupe and acquired over 8 years of experience in digital marketing solutions. She started at the agency after the Zenith acquisition, and evolved the agency through efficiencies in reporting, business analysis, and critical partnerships which contributed to the agency’s growth over her tenure.
Mary Margaret Connell, Executive Director, Growth + Development
Mary Margaret Connell serves as Executive Director, Growth and Development for J. Walter Thompson Atlanta, overseeing all integrated business activities and focusing on agency growth, inside and out. Formerly severing as Management Director and Group Account Director for the agency, Mary Margaret has an intimate knowledge of the agency’s talent, capabilities and client business.

Prior to joining J. Walter Thompson, she was with The Martin Agency where she worked on Blue Cross Blue Shield of Virginia, Amgen, Alltel, KinderCare and Men’s Health Magazine, as well as Mullen where she oversaw the entire Nextel Partners account.
Kristen Mather, Communications Lead
Kristen Mather, Communications Lead, has been with J. Walter Thompson since September 2012. In her role, Kristen oversees all internal and external communications for the Atlanta and Houston offices and earns media for the agency’s creative work and thought leadership. She manages the agency’s social media and digital platforms and supports the business development team by coordinating inbound and outbound marketing opportunities.
Prior to supporting the agency’s Comms team, Kristen lead content strategy for Atlanta’s Pennzoil, Quaker State and Jiffy Lube accounts, managing digital and social media content as well as brand partnerships such as Tim McGraw, Joey Logano, Team Penske, Paralyzed Veterans of America, Nintendo and more. Before J. Walter Thompson, Kristen worked at Condè Nast’s Women’s Wear Daily in New York City; NBC 13 in Birmingham, Ala.; Atlanta Home Improvement Magazine; and her alma mater’s award-winning quarterly, Alabama Alumni Magazine.
Chris Wilson, Managing Director, Client Services
Formerly Business Director at J. Walter Thompson New York, Chris joined the Atlanta office as Director of Account Management in 2012. He currently heads the department servicing Shell, Pennzoil, Quaker State, The United States Marine Corps, U.S. Virgin Islands, Jiffy Lube, FEAM and SCANA. Chris conceived and implemented Account Management 2.0: a creatively driven, modern approach to account management. His guidance helped J. Walter Thompson Atlanta regularly achieve the highest client referral ratings within the global network.
While at J. Walter Thompson New York, Chris managed a variety of Johnson & Johnson brands and drove first-to-market ideas such as Band-Aid’s MagicVision mobile platform, which garnered worldwide praise, including top honors at Cannes, The Effies, Jay Chiat Planning Awards, Clio and The One Show.
Earlier in his career, Chris worked at Saatchi & Saatchi, Grey and Arnold on a variety of brands such as Bridgestone/Firestone, Zest Soap, Post-it, Scotch-Brite, Ethan Allen Home Furnishings, Era Laundry Detergent and Pfizer pharmaceutical brands.
Charles Ogilvie, Head of Innovation
As Head of Innovation at J Walter Thompson Atlanta, Charles Ogilvie brings more than 15 years of global experience in strategy, marketing, technical innovation, development, and operations spanning from digital, embedded systems, mobile, satellite and networked communications, aviation and interactive to traditional entertainment. In addition to client-side agency management, Charles has also developed, negotiated and executed deals with major brands such as Google, Land Rover, Virgin Atlantic and others.

Previously, he has served multi-million dollar startup and corporate efforts, including leading the design and execution of the award winning guest-engagement system, Red, as the Founding Director of Inflight Entertainment & Partnerships at Virgin America. He brought Seatback Food and Drink Ordering to US skies, integrated advertisement and digital partnerships, was a pioneer in making WiFi an inflight expectation as well as a tool for crew optimization, and helped rethink legacy models.
