BIOS
Matt Ferebee, Partner, Director of Creative Strategy
Matt has nearly 20 years of advertising experience and is FerebeeLane’s
Partner and Director of Creative Strategy. With a “whatever it takes”
attitude, Matt works with clients to develop more intimate and rewarding
relationships with their key audiences.

Prior to the agency’s inception in 2005, Matt led a team of writers and
art directors in supporting high-end real estate products with strategic
messages and materials at IMI Resort Marketing. An award-winning
writer and creative strategist, with work featured in industry publications
such as HOW, Matt spent the first few years of his career at Erwin
Penland,a division of Hill Holliday, where he developed print, radio, TV,
outdoor, interactive and direct mail projects for Wachovia, Verizon
Wireless, United Way and Maxfli Golf.

Matt graduated Cum Laude from Appalachian State University with
a Bachelor of Science in English and earned a Masters of Arts in
Communication from Wake Forest University. Active in the community
and engaged with various charities, he lives in Greenville with his wife,
Sally,and their two boys.
Josh Lane, Partner, Director of Account Strategy
With over 25 years of agency experience, Josh is responsible for
business strategy and new business development.

Josh spent seven years at Erwin Penland, a division of Hill Holliday,
managing client relationships and strategic direction for multi-million
dollar clients, including Verizon Wireless and BMW Corporate
Communications.

Prior to moving to Greenville, Josh spent three years with Doe-Anderson
in Louisville, KY, where his client management responsibilities included
super regional banks, non-profits and brands within the construction
industry.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Indiana
University, Josh earned an MBA from the University of Louisville. He
has been actively involved in his community, serving on the boards of
Leadership Greenville, Greenville Forward and the YMCA of Greenville.
In his spare time, he enjoys running marathons and ultras, spending time
with his wonderful wife and watching his two children play high school
sports.
Katie Driggs, Director of Media
Katie brings more than just deep media experience to FerebeeLane: she
brings curiosity, creativity, a cool head and invaluable relationships
throughout the industry.

Katie has earned the esteem of sales reps and mastered market-by
market nuances of consumers near and far. Her passion for all platforms
and deep personal connections are critical in a world where the media
landscape is constantly changing. Teaching her class, Media
Management in Brand Communications, at Clemson University also
keeps Katie at the forefront of new developments within the media
industry.

Prior to joining FerebeeLane, Katie achieved record media results within
national firms like Erwin Penland and Trilia Media (a division of Hill
Holliday). For more than 17 years in the industry, she has planned and
placed media with top-tier brands including TUMI, Califia Farms, Lennar
Homes, Texas Steakhouse, Planet Fitness, Verizon Wireless and Pilot
Flying J. Outside of the office, Katie enjoys hiking, kayaking and the
beautiful South Carolina sunshine with her husband and two daughters.
Karen Gladstone, Director of Strategy and Insights
Karen believes working in advertising is never boring. She thrives doing
whatever it takes for her clients—and sometimes that looks like her
driving a U-Haul across the country to deliver materials for client
meetings.

A Xavier University graduate from Cleveland, Karen spent 15 years
working in Chicago, 13 of those at Leo Burnett and 2 at Sandbox. A
multi-talented problem solver, she excels at communicating—a skill that’s
allowed her to lead successful teams in creating smart solutions for her
clients’ most difficult business challenges. Some of those clients have
included Altria, McDonald’s, Heineken, Chicago Public Library, NBC
Sports, American Express Travel and Abbott Nutrition. Karen’s roots in
account management and desire to bring any vision to life inform each
and every strategic approach she takes.

When Karen isn’t working to generate remarkable creative as
FerebeeLane’s Director of Strategic Planning, she’s waiting for the
Olympics to roll back around or cheering on Cleveland sports teams. She
can also be found seeking out warm weather and new cities to visit, a
trait which brought her South with her husband after a 6-month-long
road trip.
Matt Gaymon, Director of Client Services
For Matt, it’s all about relationships: nothing energizes him more than
understanding and connecting with people.

From working with clients and creative teams to coaching the Yankees
(his son’s 4-year-old t-ball team, of course), every interaction has value,
and finding ways to improve communication while building productive
partnerships is both a talent and an obsession.

Prior to joining FerebeeLane, Matt spent 14 years at Erwin Penland as
Management Supervisor. His account management experience includes
leadership for brands like Michelin, Denny’s, Lockheed Martin,
Firehouse Subs, ScanSource and United Way.

Matt is a graduate of Samford University with a BA in Journalism & Mass
Communications. Born and raised in South Carolina, Matt currently lives
in Greer, SC, with his wife Ashley and their four kids. On the weekends,
you’ll find Matt looking for any excuse to load the family up and head
outdoors, mowing designs into his lawn for a little stress relief or on the
never-ending pursuit of the greatest BBQ joint in the land.
Chris Bradley, Associate Creative Director, Motion
As a sophomore in high school, Chris once used Photoshop Elements
to edit a grade on his report card. He didn’t get away with it, but he
did—unbeknownst to him at the time—set himself on a path of visual
storytelling that would shape the next decade and a half of his life.

After graduating from Anderson University with a BA in Graphic
Design, Chris spent ten years as art director, creative director, motion
designer and director of photography at a handful of agencies, working
on brands like Craftsman, Best Buy, Daimler-Chrysler and The Home
Depot. At FerebeeLane, he leads a team focused on motion content
and video production, helping our clients create a rich and compelling
narrative experience both online and off.

When not behind the camera or on set, you’ll likely find Chris catching
the latest blockbuster at the movie theatre or noshing on burgers
with his boys.
Jivan Davé, Associate Creative Director
Jivan has come a long way since popped collars and street-racing in
high school. But we forgive that questionable taste in exchange for
the focus, clarity, and conceptual thinking he brings to his work as
Associate Creative Director.

Jivan graduated from Anderson University with a BA in Graphic Design
before joining the FerebeeLane team. When he’s not designing and
guiding strategic art direction for narrative print, collateral, digital and
web pieces for clients like Blackberry Farm, BMW and Le Creuset, Jivan
uses his talent as a photographer to benefit both our clients and our team.

At home, Jivan enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and tasting
exciting new culinary ventures. He and his wife are very active in the
Greenville community, dedicating much of their time—and sharing their
many talents—every week with the causes close to their hearts.
