Bill Fialka, Chief Executive Officer
Bill Fialka has worked in the sales and marketing industry for over 25 years. After graduating from the University of Missouri with a BS in Business Administration, Bill worked for Interstate Bakeries Corp. as a Brand Manager, where he developed a campaign emphasizing the health benefits of white bread and reversing a two-year negative sales trend. He later moved to lead campaigns for the Keebler Company, DelMonte Salsa and Canned Products, Gerber Baby Food and Mazzio’s Pizza, among other accounts.

Bill joined Associated in 2007 and served as the Vice President of Account Service before being named CEO in January, 2010.
Dave Stewart, Executive Creative Director
Dave is the field general of our creative department. He's a grizzled 25-year veteran of the advertising and marketing world, and draws from stints on both the agency and client sides of the business in building relationships with each of our clients.

When he isn't leading his creative troops, he's reading voraciously, traveling or pursuing one of his many hobbies and interests. When Dave was 11, he visited the Berlin Wall. Wandering through some bushes in search of the perfect photo angle (a perfectionist even then), he found himself surrounded by armed guards - with machine guns trained on him from the watchtowers. After some questioning, he was released. It just goes to show, Dave has never been one for boundaries.
Lisa Haus, Director of Strategy and Planning
As the lead of the agency's strategic services, Lisa studies the cluttered market landscape, internalizes the consumers' needs and analyzes emerging, growing and mainstreaming trends to carefully position our clients' brands. Her thorough research, expertise in communications, progressive philosophy on media and meticulous evaluation help us deploy strategically relevant programming for a brand's long-term sustainability.

In her private life, the novel Lisa began as a lark in her room at the Waldorf-Astoria has become her primary diversion. Based on her experiences in the advertising industry, the book has spawned three sequels and is in the early stages of publication.
Sean Amore, Business Development Strategist
Sean leads our business development strategy. By listening to current and potential clients to understand their pain points and then applying strategy and integrated solutions, he helps us better connect with our clients and them better connect with their targeted audiences. Sean is also one of our lead digital strategist and works to integrate paid and earned digital/social tactics, as appropriate, to our client efforts.

Sean is a bona fide New York hick, having grown up in a little town upstate with more cows than people. Although he's one of the most high-energy people in our office, Sean's never had a sip of coffee in his entire life - the smell alone drives him crazy. Sean spends his free time with his wife, Joy, and daughter, Ava, in idyllic College Hill.
Susan Leasure, Executive Vice President
Susan began her career at Associated in 1975 as Executive Secretary to the President after working in as a buyer for Henry’s Clothing Store and as a secretary at Beech Aircraft Corporation and Fleeson, Gooing, Coulson & Kitch Law Firm. After working as a secretary for eight years, Susan was elected to the Executive Committee in 1983. In 1988, she was named Director of Operations, and became Executive Vice President of Operations and Administration in 1996.

Susan is active in communities across Wichita, and has served as president of the Wichita chapter of Executive Women International, of which she has been a member since 1975. She has worked on the Board of Trustees for the Wichita Children’s Home since 1997, and worked as the Board President in 2004-05.
Shawn Steward, Public Relations Director
Shawn heads up our PR department. With almost 20 years of experience working for global PR agency Ketchum, the American Cancer Society and enhancing major brands such as Nokia, he knows media relations and PR like it's nobody's business.

He's our resident recycling junkie, has been to Helsinki (twice!) and, in his bid for Suburban Guy of the Year, coaches youth basketball in addition to being the VP of his homeowners association and grill-master of all Associated barbecues.
Christine Olson, Director of Media
Christine is a 10-year media expert. Her experience extends to planning and buying media for a wide range of clients: accounting firms, aerospace companies, banks, communications firms, insurance companies, hospitals, manufacturing businesses, mortuaries, retirement communities, universities and wholesale distributors.

Christine knows how to go to bat for her clients - she's a former All-City softball first baseman. A natural problem solver, all but two of the pictures hung in Christine's house are movie poster jigsaw puzzles that she solved, glued and framed.
Patrick Dreiling, Director of Production
Pat started in the agency business when the art was done on paste-up boards. Having made the transition from mechanical to digital art, he's a production wizard with an uncanny understanding of every process and material. If it can be done, Pat will know how. He's made a great many friends over the years for being able to produce a miracle or two on tight deadline.

Pat is an accomplished runner and baker. He's also the shortest person in his family. Pat's brother is 7'1'' and played in the NBA and his sister is 6'5''. Pat and his mother are tied for last place at 6'0''.
