Jill Brzeski, President/CEO
If it’s true, as they say, that everything starts at the top, then it’s a good thing
we have someone like Jill in charge. Her leadership and experience are, in a word,
irreplaceable. Jill received her bachelor’s in marketing from the University of
Wisconsin – Whitewater. She has more than 20 years of experience working in
advertising and has been with B+L for most of those years. Jill affords her clients
great vision, knowledge and experience in all marketing communication disciplines,
as well as a savvy approach to client service. She has been working with tourism
clients throughout her entire career and, consequently, brings great insights related
to the ever-changing tourism industry. Jill is equal parts tactical, strategic, visionary
and creative in her thinking and execution. We’re proud to say there’s a bit of Jill’s
passion in everything we do at B+L.
Dawn Agacki, VP, Chief Operating Officer
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a degree in liberal arts, Dawn embarked on a career in advertising that today totals more than 20 years. B+L clients love the zen-like workflow Dawn has brought to the agency and the efficiencies it brings their budgets. As Chief Operating Officer, she uses her keen eye for talent to find the best and brightest in the business and makes sure they're working for B+L. Dawn takes it all one step further by creating a working environment that keeps our staff inspired, and a system that keeps them highly productive.

You can kid yourself about a lot of things in business, but ultimately it comes down to the quality of your people. With nearly 25 years of industry experience, I help guide our creative team, and find the best and the brightest talent for B+L.
Andy Larsen, VP, Director of Public Relations
Andy took an unconventional path into the agency biz. After trying his hand at beer
delivery, teaching and journalism, he finally landed in PR and hasn’t looked back. Andy
holds a bachelor’s degree in english from Lawrence University and a master’s in corporate public relations from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. He has spent the last 20 years at some of the Midwest’s leading agencies, working for
blue-chip brands like Yamaha, Volvo, Evinrude, Wisconsin Tourism and Mueller Sports Medicine. During that time, he has been involved in almost all aspects of public relations, from product introductions and publicity to investor relations, executive speechwriting and event marketing. Not surprisingly, Andy is regularly called upon to address conferences and meetings and provide insights related to media relations, crisis communications and social media.

Over his 22 year career, Michael's creative approach has always been rooted in strategy. In his own words, "Work is not creative unless it sells," and that remains his guiding light.
Outside of design and conceptual development, his passion is crafting unique brand identities.
