Fallon's Chief Creative Officer is Jeff Kling. A longtime Wieden + Kennedy veteran, Jeff penned the first Miller High Life manifesto, stole the World Cup stage from official sponsor Adidas with Nike's epic "Write the Future," and invented Dos Equis's "Most Interesting Man."

Fallon's culture can be summed up in four little words: "family as a business model." You'll find we're not precious, cynical or jaded. Sometimes this means tough decisions to protect the culture or, as our late Chairman Pat Fallon famously put it, "Fire the assholes." But other times it just means waiting for everyone on the team to get off the airplane before racing to your car after a late-night return home to the airport.
