The 4A’s River States Council Board of Governors cordially invites you to join us for a 4A’s Transformation Series dinner program featuring their special guest Richard Ward, CEO of 22squared. Under Richard’s leadership, the former West Wayne has evolved into 22squared, a full-service and fully integrated agency that has doubled in revenue over the past 10 years and has become a true player on the national stage.  His presentation, “22squared: The 10-Year Turnaround”, covers the agency’s transformation story and provides great insights that will benefit any agency leader.
The 4A’s Transformation Series is a program that enables agency senior executives to hear from their peers who have successfully dealt with the challenges facing agencies today.  Speakers are featured who have faced very difficult circumstances (e.g., client losses, restructurings, creating new corporate cultures) with their agencies and have transitioned them into robust and thriving enterprises.  Importantly, these sessions are meant to be intimate environments for attendees to engage with the speaker and generate discussion and obtain insights that will be useful in managing their agencies.
Our speaker for this program, Richard Ward, has over 20 years of agency management experience, an innovative, startup company mindset and an unparalleled passion for great creative work. Prior to joining 22squared in 2006, he served as Managing Director of FCB/San Francisco, helped launch the Internet startup search company Infoseek, worked on the team that ushered in an era of explosive growth at AOL, and managed global business development as a consultant for eBay. Richard has worked on a wide range of brands and categories, including financial services, food and beverage, CPG and retail.
The cost of the program is $125 per person.
We look forward to seeing you on October 28!
