Eric Johnson, Found & President
Eric founded Ignited 15 years ago and has since grown the agency to over $200 million in billings, becoming one of the largest independent shops in Southern California. Eric brings a unique client perspective to the agency, having previously held the post of SVP, Marketing at Activision for 10 years and played a critical role in turning around the bankrupt company to become the largest game publisher in the world.

Eric is currently the co-President of thinkLA, the trade association that promotes Los Angeles as the new world center for creative thinking and innovation in the fields of advertising, marketing and media.
Bill Rosenthal, EVP, Chief Operating Officer
Bill joined Ignited shortly after its formation in 1999. As COO, Bill’s primary focus is to ensure that Ignited exceeds the needs of our clients. His responsibilities include leadership over client services, media, operations and finance.

Prior to joining the agency, Bill held several positions at The Walt Disney Company in their Consumer Products division, supporting domestic and international business units. With a CPA, an MBA and nearly 20 years in the advertising and entertainment space, Bill uniquely understands the economics of our clients’ business and helps our teams stay focused on delivering results.
Eric Springer, Chief Creative Officer
Quite simply, Eric is a maker. No matter the medium or media budget, he loves making stuff. Stuff that moves people emotionally and ultimately drives sales for our clients. He believes this is the greatest reward.

Over his 20+ years in the business, Eric has helped lead some of the best creative cultures at some of the top creative agencies in the country on brands like DirecTV, Levi’s, and Volkswagen.
