Professional Pedigree: Paul broke into the advertising business as a copywriter in 1975, and was CEO of Roberts Communications from 1986-2006.

Experience: He has contributed to client success as a copywriter, creative director, account director, and strategy consultant on more than 100 different accounts. One of Paul’s ideas for Citibank increased their household share in Upstate New York by more than 25% in 18 months.

Education: Paul graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Geneseo in 1972 with a dual major in English and Economics.

Stu Norris, EVP/ COO
Stu joined Roberts Communications in 1994 as the company’s senior vice president and chief financial officer responsible for the finance department, management information systems, agency technology and administration. He has a BS in Accounting from Lynchburg College and completes a minimum of 40 hours of Continuing Professional Education annually.

Stu has wide experience in planning, analyzing and controlling financials in the marketing communications field. Prior to Roberts, he was vice president of finance at Perri Debes Looney & Crane Advertising in Rochester.

Stu is treasurer of the Rochester Advertising Federation and a member of AICPA and NYSSCPAs. He is also active as a Den Leader for the Boy Scouts of America.

Stu is responsible for locating and securing the IronWorks at High Falls, the 32,000-square-foot HQ home of Roberts Communications.
Tony Caccamo, Creative Director

Professional Pedigree: Carrie is a well-respected member of the media world as evident by her BtoB Magazine’s and Business-to-Business Media Strategists Awards. Experience: Carrie specializes in both consumer and business-to-business media particularly as it pertains to healthcare, fashion, high tech and industrial marketing. Her past work experience with Saatchi & Saatchi Rowland and Mullen Advertising have given her knowledge to strategically plan media from many different perspectives.

Chip is father of Zachary, born in 1995, and husband to Sally Farrell Partner – as for her birth year, he’ll have to get back to you on that. Among non-work passions, he is board chair for the Nazareth schools, where his son is being educated. The snow globes display in Chip’s office the beginning to rival his home collection in size and tackiness.
