Stu Norris, EVP/ COO
Stu joined Roberts Communications in 1994 as the company’s senior vice president and chief financial officer responsible for the finance department, management information systems, agency technology and administration. He has a BS in Accounting from Lynchburg College and completes a minimum of 40 hours of Continuing Professional Education annually.

Stu has wide experience in planning, analyzing and controlling financials in the marketing communications field. Prior to Roberts, he was vice president of finance at Perri Debes Looney & Crane Advertising in Rochester.

Stu is treasurer of the Rochester Advertising Federation and a member of AICPA and NYSSCPAs. He is also active as a Den Leader for the Boy Scouts of America.

Stu is responsible for locating and securing the IronWorks at High Falls, the 32,000-square-foot HQ home of Roberts Communications.
Tony Caccamo, Creative Director

Chip is father of Zachary, born in 1995, and husband to Sally Farrell Partner – as for her birth year, he’ll have to get back to you on that. Among non-work passions, he is board chair for the Nazareth schools, where his son is being educated. The snow globes display in Chip’s office the beginning to rival his home collection in size and tackiness.
