Russ has more than 20 years in sales, marketing and strategic planning across a variety of industries including food, real estate, and agriculture. He graduated with honors from University of Virginia's MBA program, and summa cum laude from Christian Brothers University. Russ spent nine years with Kraft Food Ingredients in a variety of positions, including Director of Sales and Director of Marketing and two years with Storage USA as Senior Vice President of Marketing.

Gary has 20 years of experience, and has created award-winning work for a variety of trade and consumer clients, both locally and nationally. His work encompasses everything from corporate identity to television campaigns and he is heavily involved in strategic planning and its influence on the creative product. Category experience includes agriculture, banking, dairy, healthcare, industrial, tourism, gaming, real estate, nonprofit, insurance, home services and foodservice. He holds a bachelor of fine arts degree with an emphasis in advertising design from The Memphis College of Art.
