Chris Laughlin, President
President Chris Laughlin, began his career in Account Management at LM&O Advertising (now LMO Advertising). He then launched a media sales career in San Francisco, first with eGroups which was acquired by Yahoo and later with NBC Internet. Before returning to LMO, Chris helped build B2BWorks as the Western Sales Manager. Chris is a graduate of Syracuse University.
Dave Marinaccio, Chief Creative Officer
Launching his career at J. Walter Thompson, Dave worked on Gillette, Jovan, Oscar Mayer, 7-UP and Warner Lambert. Since then, Dave has climbed the ladder at leading national advertising agencies including Foote Cone & Belding, DMB&B, and DDB Needham. At those agencies, he worked on Pizza Hut, Sunkist, American Dairy Association, McDonalds, GTE Spacenet, COMSAT and many other leading marketers. Dave joined Bozell Worldwide, Inc., in 1990, as creative director of the Washington office. His assignments at Bozell included creative development of recruitment and image advertising for the National Guard, Precision Tune, ServiceMaster, MCI, Time-Life Books and the opening of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Dave is a published author. His best selling book, All I Really Need To Know I Learned From Watching Star Trek, is drawn from his long career in the advertising business.
Sherri Green, Director of Marketing
Sherri oversees the growth of our existing accounts and identifies companies and/or organizations that can benefit from our advertising skills and services.Sherri has led many clients to great success including Chevy Chase Bank, AARP Pharmacy Service, Jordan Tourism, National Guard, Virginia Department of Health, Verizon and Discover Languages. Her efforts have helped to increased leads, sales, and deposits and have also gained national press coverage. Additionally, Sherri is the immediate past President of the DC Ad Club and served as the Chairman of Advertising Week DC in 2009 & 2013—the region's largest gathering of advertising, marketing and media professionals.

Prior to joining LM&O, Sherri worked for the United States Congress as a Legislative Assistant to Congressman Nathan Deal where she focused her efforts on Telecommunications, Consumer Protection and Science issues. Prior to her work on the Hill, Sherri traveled the country as a leadership consultant for Delta Gamma.

Sherri has a BS in Advertising and Consumer Economics from The University of Georgia and is a graduate of the American Association of Advertising Agencies’ Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies.
