Linda Rosanio, Co Founder/CEO
What’s your recipe for success? Linda’s recipe included some friends, a credit card, a kitchen table and a dream. In 1985 she brought all the ingredients together and now, she is the CEO of the largest woman-owned marketing communications firm in the country. Her extraordinary achievements on behalf of numerous philanthropic causes rival her reputation as a business innovator as her leadership, inspiration and compassion benefit many diverse community organizations. Linda serves on the Executive Board of the American Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania and on the Board of Directors of Uplift Solutions and the Avenue of the Arts.

While she is an upbeat and positive person, Mary Kay is at heart a very serious person. And she ought to be. As the person responsible for stewarding the financial strength of the agency, she has a lot on her mind 24/7. She is an intense worker, putting in long hours every week. Those hours have paid off for Star Group, putting us in the best financial position in the agency's history. And it is in large part thanks to Mary Kay. She oversees anything and everything to do with the financial operations of the agency... including financial statements, all contracts and client profitability.

Steve Brown, Managing Partner, EVP, Business Management
Known affectionately around the office as “the ultimate connector,” Steve is most excited about the evolution of The Star Equity Group. His devotion to building new business alliances combined with the agency’s remarkable reputation for entrepreneurship and innovation provides a great foundation for The Star Equity Group to imagine, create and successfully introduce new brands, products, and services. Star’s mission, when applicable, is to take an equity position in its clients’ business. In many cases, this brings us needed financing for the launch and/or expansion of new products and services. Steve is a major force behind these well-established, financial and private equity relationships and networks.
Maria Antonelli, Managing Partner, Chief Brand Architect
Maria started her career with Star as an intern in 1991. Today, she is a Managing Partner and a member of the agency’s Executive Management Team. Ask her why she’s stayed so long, and she will simply laugh and wonder what would ever make you think to ask. She loves the people, the clients, the work, and the resources—and it shows. One part marketer, one part team-builder, Maria is masterful at instinctively knowing what it takes to get the job done. Dave John, Managing Partner, SVP, Chief Channel Integrator
Dave has been in the field of direct marketing media management for close to 30 years on both the client and agency sides. As head of Star’s Direct Marketing division, Dave manages the development of direct marketing and digital media strategies in support of prospect and/or customer acquisition objectives for Star clients. Also responsible for the quantification of “return” on media investment (ROI), Dave leads the agency’s measurement initiatives, spearheading Star’s ROI-based pro forma approach to projecting both test initiative yield as well as rollout potential of recommended budgets and managing ongoing optimization efforts to achieve success.
Tracy Donofry, Managing Partner, EVP, Chief Creative Strategist
If there were an award for the hardest-working woman in advertising, Tracy would win it hands down. She is a roll-up-your-sleeves and get-it-done kind of a person.
