With more than 20 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry, Esguerra has held strategic leadership positions at Mattel, Procter & Gamble and Bain & Co. specializing in successful business development and customer experience. He also has focused experience in digital marketing and most recently managed the marketing function and high-growth new business opportunities for Modern Climate. Prior to this, he held managing director positions at numerous companies such as BBDO Proximity, Blast Radius WPP and Carlson Companies. His marketing experience includes work with many well-known brands like Jamba Juice, FrontPoint Security, the Mosaic Company, Firestone, Comcast and Disney.

Jim Silburn, President
Jim’s goal, when he gets off the elevator every morning, is to harness all of the opportunities available to our clients. For more than 20 years, Jim has created brand value for iconic companies, including Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, US Bank, Purina Dog Chow and Puppy Chow, Coca-Cola, and Rolling Stone. As president, he oversees account management, strategy, digital, analytics, and media, while helping to advance our vision and refine our offering to modernize brands across disciplines. In real life, he and his wife are busy raising (and corralling) their beautiful children. All five of them.
