Suzy Deering, President
Suzy joins Moxie from an unusual place: the client side. Her 19 years in the industry spans from Disney to Verizon, and now she’s leading the charge at Moxie, where her contagious energy and endless enthusiasm drives Moxie forward at 4G speed. Her experience leveraging cutting-edge technology trends; traditional, digital and social media; and branding and research, position brands and products at the top of the market.
Anthony Reeves, EVP, Creative
Australian-born, New Zealand-trained and now with two feet firmly planted in the U.S., Anthony is Moxie’s strategic and creative lead. He has orchestrated creative solutions for business problems across oceans and screens with successful stints at DraftFCB/Hacker Group, J. Walter Thompson, BBDO, Ogilvy & Mather and Grey. From Cannes to Clio, New York Festivals to London Film, Reeves’ work in the brand, strategy and digital space has captured international recognition and acclaim. On his down time, Anthony happens to race endurance events: Ironman, marathons and ultras.
Matt Fleischman, CTO
Rejoining the Publicis family (he spent time as head of the Publicis Digitas Modem Technology department), Matt brings with him a deep technical understanding of marketing technology and infrastructure, Internet technologies, data and analytics. "I have had a lifelong love of technology in all of its forms, expressions, uses and misuses, along with an appetite for gadgets and devices that is near scandalous."
Erin Pennington, EVP, Media
Erin oversees all aspects of media planning and operations at the agency. She pushes her teams to take risks and do what has never been done before. Under her leadership, our Media department takes a very data and performance driven approach to the marketplace. "I love that I get to combine laughter with results; it is the perfect balance of work and play."
David Grzelak, EVP Strategy & Planning
As a cultural anthropologist, David has dedicated his career to combining cultural and theoretical thinking with sound marketing strategies to influence consumer behavior in the marketplace. That’s just an elaborate way of saying he transforms people’s daily habits into revenue- and brand-building strategies for our clients.
Chris Walker, CFO
Chris specializes in organizational leadership and has brought extensive negotiation, process streamlining, system implementation and cost reduction skills to Moxie, where he has forged strong relationships with management, staff, partners and clientele at all levels. Prior to joining Moxie, he spent 10 years within Publicis branches most recently in a VP capacity in VivaKi’s Financial Monitoring Controls Team. With everything he brings to the table, he ensures we don’t leave anything on it. The request Chris hears most often is: “Can I have money for… (fill in the blank)?”
Steve Swanson, EVP Client Management
With 30+ years of industry experience, Steve has helped advance the marketing industry and built some of the most powerful brands today. In all things, he adheres to his motto: "more, better, faster.” Steve's brand experience includes Verizon, Michelin, Exxon Mobil, Nationwide Insurance, Volkswagen, Southern Comfort, Jack Daniel's, Chick-fil-A, Bass Pro Shops, Best Buy, Hershey's and The Coca-Cola Company.
Nick Bandy, Chairman
Nick has 20+ years of agency entrepreneurship and leadership. With a keen sense of how to strategically leverage creativity and technology, he has successfully helped to grow both clients and agencies throughout his career. He now leads the charge for Moxie’s growth and development. He also plays some wicked guitar.
