Ron Bess, President, Euro RSCG North America
Ron was named President of Euro RSCG North America in 2009 following impressive growth across the region in 2008. Ron works closely with the region's key CEOs and is responsible for the overall profitability and growth of the agencies and nearly 3,000 employees that make up the Euro RSCG network in this region.

In his previous role as CEO of Euro RSCG Chicago, Ron was responsible for the agency's overall business performance and can be credited with leading the most significant turnaround in the agency's history. In 2008, Euro RSCG Chicago experienced its third year of double-digit growth as a result.

Ron has been a driving force in the Chicago advertising community for most all of his career. Joining Euro RSCG in 2004, Ron was responsible for the agency's realignment and the creation of the agency's unified business model. He's led a team that is responsible for the agency's impressive growth streak which includes the addition of nearly two dozen wins to its roster, including the consolidations of the Citigroup and Sprint businesses.
Jamie King, CEO, Euro RSCG Chicago
Jamie King recently became CEO of the Chicago office, after joining Euro in early 2009 as Co-President. Prior to that, Jamie served as President and CEO of Publicis & Hal Riney in San Francisco. Jamie is responsible for several of the agency's clients as well as the agency's business development efforts and works closely with Co-President Joy Schwartz to manage the agency's day-to-day operations.

Jamie is no stranger to the Chicago advertising community, having started his career at Leo Burnett where he spent 10 years developing strategic advertising programs for a variety of clients including Altoids, Showtime Networks and Heinz.

Following his success at Leo Burnett, Jamie joined LB Works as chief operating officer where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the agency and worked closely with Euro RSCG Chicago Chairman and Chief Creative Officer Steffan Postaer. Jamie was instrumental in the growth of LB Works and led the efforts to win the agency's Starbucks account. Jamie returned to Leo Burnett in 2005 where he was key in both the agency's Petsmart and Western Union wins.
Joy Schwartz, President
A 15-year veteran of the marketing industry, Joy tackles client and agency responsibilities with innate savvy and perspective. As President of Euro RSCG Chicago, Joy is responsible for several of the agency's accounts as well as the overall operations of the agency.

Joy quickly identifies clients' needs and then builds high-powered teams that drive breakthrough programs. From Citigroup to Sprint, Joy has been instrumental in the growth of Euro RSCG and bringing to life the agency's unified model.

Previously, Joy oversaw client service at 141 Worldwide, where she helped improve the online capabilities of Kraft Foods, Oscar Mayer and Microsoft. Prior to that, she served as director of strategic services at ShopTalk, a startup company specializing in convergence marketing.
Steffan Postaer, Chairman & Chief Creative Officer
Steffan is responsible for the overall creative leadership and quality of the creative product of the agency. He has spent his entire career developing integrated campaigns that break through and build loyalty.

Prior to joining Euro RSCG, Steffan ran LBWorks (a Leo Burnett company), overseeing creative for Altoids, Handspring, Lexmark and Maytag, among others. A copywriter by trade, he is perhaps best known for his provocative work on behalf of those Curiously Strong Mints.

Steffan is the recipient of advertising's most prestigious awards including a Kelly Award, Best of Show, and gold and silver awards at competitions including the One Show, the Addys, and a Cannes Gold Lion. He is also a novelist. The Last Generation has been optioned by Touchstone Television for a TV series.
Rose Cameron, Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer at Euro RSCG Chicago, Rose provides business strategy and planning expertise for the agency's entire portfolio of brands. Rose also is responsible for the strategy and planning function of Euro RSCG Discovery, the agency's data and analytics unit.

Rose has spent nearly 20 years reinvigorating brands and uncovering insights that help clients build their businesses. She has worked on some of the world's most prestigious brands including McDonald's, Coca-Cola, IBM, Microsoft and AT&T, and is known for her ability to deliver strategic expertise across all forms of media communications.

Previously Rose served as chief planner at Leo Burnett. She also was the lead architect and spokesperson of the agency's Global Man Study, which involved marshalling insights from 15 countries on the state of modern masculinity.

Rose has honed her skills in the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States at some of the top marketing communications agencies in the world - Ogilvy, Wunderman/Y&R, Mullen, and TBWA Chiat/Day.
Blake Ebel, Executive Creative Director
lake oversees the creative direction of some of the agency's most distinctive, brand-building campaigns, including Barilla, Wasa Crispbread, EFFEN Vodka, PowerShares and Citigroup.

Blake measures success not by the awards on the shelf (although there are many), but by the results his work drives. Since launching the Barilla pasta brand in the U.S., it has become the No. 1 pasta brand in America and continues to generate double-digit growth.

While at Young & Rubicam, Chicago, he managed creative on the Sears account, producing an average of 40 commercials per year, and led the distinctive and effective work for Jim Beam, Orbitz.com and The Great Indoors.
David Greenbaum, Director of Digital
David oversees the agency's digital operations, partnering with our clients to deliver interactive strategies and solutions. David's breadth of experience in the digital space - from managing client relationships to pioneering consumer-centric interactive strategies - has added tremendous depth and foresight to our integrated solutions.

Previously, David was Group Account Director at TribalDDB, where he managed the digital portion of the LensCrafters, Nine West and l.e.i. Jeans accounts, generating and executed strategic digital roadmaps that substantially increased existing business with all brands. David has also worked as a product manager for Orbitz's hotels division, headed his own consulting firm and managed the interactive division for Sportvision, Inc. (formerly Ignite Sports). He was also Sports Director for WMVP (ESPN Radio).
