Michael has been a creative leader for 20 years, and an instrumental part of two Agency of the Year winners ­–The Martin Agency and Tribal DDB. He’s produced acclaimed work in almost every category and medium for iconic brands including Pepsi, The X Games, Mt. Dew, Expedia, AT&T and Walmart. Michael shares RP3’s belief in the power of big ideas to transform brands.
Christina Raia, Director of Strategic Planning
Every brand has questions about audiences, architecture, messaging, or new product development. For 20+ years, Christina has been using research, insight and intuition to answer these questions and uncover opportunities. She started in New York on consumer brands like Kellogg’s, P&G and Merck. She loves DC, where she’s added service and advocacy-based brands like Amtrak and CFP Board.
