Brent Smart, Chief Executive Officer
Brent Smart is CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi New York and sits on the Worldwide Executive Board. Before rising to CEO, Brent spent two years heading up the General Mills business globally and leading integration across the Publicis Groupe. And he still gets to work on those iconic American brands like Cheerios, Green Giant and Yoplait.

Previously, Brent spent seven years with BBDO. He ran Colenso BBDO in New Zealand, one of the network’s most creative agencies, then transferred to the States to head up BBDO’s West Coast operations as Managing Director of BBDO San Francisco. Across both agencies he led a body of award winning work that won over 20 Cannes Lions and 40 Effies.

Brent is an Aussie based in New York with an Australian wife, and three sons, a Kiwi and two Americans. The further he lives away from Australia, the more passionate he gets about Aussie Rules footy. Everyone calls him Smarty except his Mum.
Jay Benjamin, Chief Creative Officer
Jay is a new breed of creative leader whose body of work transcends mediums and blurs the lines between advertising, art, entertainment and utility.

A native of New York, Jay began his career as an art director at Bozell before heading off to Australia where he played a pivotal role in winning five Agency of the Year titles for Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney and Auckland. Not long after, as co-ECD of Leo Burnett Sydney he won the Cannes Media Grand Prix with Canon ‘Photochains’ as well as Cannes Media Agency of the Year. He helped ignite a global movement of over 1 billion people with Earth Hour’s ‘Vote Earth’ campaign and the agency became the 7th most awarded agency in the world according to the Gunn Report. In 2009 Jay was named to Adnews Magazine’s 40 under 40 list.

In 2010, Jay came home to New York to launch a new, entrepreneurially driven office for Leo Burnett. In under 3 years, the agency made Adage’s Agencies to Watch list, doing work for Chobani, The Village Voice, Samsung, Kellogg’s, Allstate and new technology brand Filip. The agency’s work for the Village Voice, ‘New York Writes Itself’, including a crowd sourced off-broadway play, won an inaugural Gold Lion for Branded Content at Cannes in 2012 and Best of Show at the One Show Entertainment awards in 2013. In 2013 the agency was ranked 2nd in the world in Branded Content by AdAge.

Jay has travelled the world influencing positive change for some of the world’s biggest brands and causes, won 35 Cannes Lions and hundreds of international awards, but still struggles to figure out how to put his two young girls to bed at the same time.
Wanda Pogue, Chief Strategy Officer
Wanda has 15 years of experience in strategic planning and brand building. Her competencies are consumer understanding, strategic development and idea generation for high-profile global brands. Wanda started her career in Marketing Research, soon bringing her quantitative and qualitative research expertise to the agency world.

She specialized in U.S. Hispanic and multicultural markets for several years, helping clients better understand and establish their brands among this growing and important consumer segment. She then moved into a Regional Strategic Planning role at Saatchi & Saatchi in Latin America 2002, moving back state-side three years later to manage Tide North America where she helped win some of the most prestigious awards with work like “Talking Stain” and “Stains Don’t Stand a Chance.”

Wanda then went onto hold Global Planning Director roles from 2007-2014 for some of Saatchi’s most iconic brands like Tide, Head & Shoulders and Olay. She was assigned as the CSO for Saatchi New York in July 2014.

Wanda’s very human and sensitive strategic approach has been recognized by major industry awards, from Effies to Cannes Lions.
Christine Prins, Chief Marketing Officer
Christine Prins joined Saatchi NY in October 2014 from kbs+, where she was most recently Chief Growth Officer. Throughout her six-years at the agency she built and ran the new business department helping attract key clients such as BMW, Vanguard, HomeGoods, American Express, Harman Kardon, and Bank of Montreal, among many others. Christine had previously held various new business positions at Publicis USA leading up to her stint at kbs+.

Prior to jumping into agency new business, Ms. Prins spent several years at a merchant services startup where she managed marketing and sales as well as day-to-day operations and customer service.

Originally from Miami, Christine is fluent in Spanish and holds a BS in Marketing from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. She is an active member of the 4A’s agency new business committee and lives in Manhattan with her husband.
Chris Kief, Chief Technology Officer
Chris is a 10 year veteran of the digital advertising industry and a self-taught coder. Widely known as a creative thinker with a deep understanding of technology, he's built everything from software as a service platforms to gesture-based interactive installations.

Before joining Saatchi & Saatchi New York, Chris served as CTO of TBWA's where he led development of, a content distribution system, and, a dynamic presentation tool.

Prior to that he served as Director of Creative Technology and Innovation at Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles where he was responsible for creative execution of all Toyota North America digital marketing activities. He began his agency career at Crispin Porter + Bogusky as an Associate Technology Directory, working on notable projects such as the Domino's Pizza Builder and Pizza Tracker.

Chris landed in the world of advertising as a co-founder of Mindflood, a boutique interactive agency in Southern California. In addition to working directly with well known brands including Toyota, Wal-Mart, and Nokia, the company collaborated on award-winning projects with a number of leading agencies including TBWA, BBH, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, JWT, George P. Johnson, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Young & Rubicam and DraftFCB.

Over the course of his career Chris has received numerous awards including Cannes, One Show, SXSW and the Webbys. He was educated at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
Tanya LeSieur, Chief Production Officer
Tanya is widely known throughout the advertising industry as a creative partner who seamlessly guides collaboration across diverse teams to produce groundbreaking work. She joined the New York office in September of 2013 and was previously Director of Integrated Production at Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles.

At Saatchi LA, she created the integrated production model for the agency and built and led a crew of integrated broadcast and digital producers, creative technologists, developers, editors, 3D studio artists, and business affairs and traffic managers.

In addition to managing and guiding all production for the entire Los Angeles office, Tanya was part of the management team and worked closely on public relations and new business efforts.

As part of the Saatchi & Saatchi Network, Tanya has been a key contributor to the New Directors’ Showcase in Cannes by researching and identifying emerging talent. She also consults on digital initiatives and IT and workflow for the Saatchi and Publicis networks worldwide.

A former Executive Producer at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners for ten years, Tanya oversaw integrated teams for brand and retail work on multiple clients including Comcast, Netflix, Hewlett-Packard, Nintendo Wii, TiVo, SBC, Saturn, Budweiser and agency new business.

She has worked with more than 55 clients in her career, running small and also very large productions across all mediums and teams to optimize client budgets and produce the right work for the right medium. Tanya has produced work that has won multiple awards at Cannes, the One Show and D&AD to name just a few. Tanya consistently shares her thought leadership across a number of key industry forums, including AICP Conferences. She has served as a judge for Effies Digital/Integrated Media, AICP “Next” and is currently a member of the planning committee for the 4A’s “Create Tech 2013.”
Natalia Schultz, Chief Talent Officer, Americas
Before joining Saatchi, Schultz spent 11 years at Grey Worldwide where she was most recently responsible for the strategic management of all Human Resource operations in North America. She played a pivotal role in helping to architect organizational change and drove the organization to build new capabilities such as an integrated digital offering, a communications planning capability, and an expanded entertainment and activation expertise.

Schultz rose through the ranks at Grey initially focusing on business development with key leadership roles such as Associate Director of New Business and Director of Prospecting.
Her additional agency experience spans across account management, strategic planning and new business.
