Eric Hoyt, President & CEO
As leader of The Bravo Group, Eric ensures that client needs and network resources are aligned to maximize satisfaction and business results. Part ad-guy, part-psychologist and all about performance, Eric gains most satisfaction from BOLD ideas that create BOLD results.

Eric’s career began with Y&R Puerto Rico. He then moved to Miami, spent a lot of time in Brazil, Mexico and Argentina managing regional business. Today Eric jumps around a lot between New York, Chicago and San Francisco.
Claudio Lima, Chief Creative Officer
Claudio Lima assumed the role of VP Creative Director at Bravo Miami bringing a wealth of global, regional, and national creative texture to Bravo.

His prior accomplishments include helping Ogilvy Brazil to win 16 lions, including 4 gold’s, in Cannes 2012, becoming the most awarded agency in Brazil and 3rd most awarded agency in the world; as lead creative director on the Claro Telecom account, Regional Creative Director for Coke Zero LATAM, Coke US HISPANIC Sparkling Division, Burger King Brazil, Burger King USA, among others.

Before O&M Claudio worked at DRAFTFCB New York, where he produced work for Kraft, Milkbone, ONDCP and Duramed.

Claudio’s career spans 3 continents, from his native Brazil to Europe followed by tenure at such distinguished US based agencies like Wieden & Kennedy Portland, FCB Chicago and DRAFTFCB NY.

He has won a total of 22 Lion awards at Cannes, won gold at the Young Creatives Awards in 2004. He has been awarded at the D&AD, Clio, One Show, FIAP, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, El Sol, Eurobest, London International, among others. Claudio has served as a juror member in festivals such as the CLIO, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, Clube de Criação de São Paulo and Portuguese Creative Club.
Jesus Portillo, CFO
Jesús has been with Y&R for nine years. His expertise in finance covers a wide range of marketing disciplines, including: advertising, direct marketing, digital, media and telemarketing. He has expanded his “financial lens” by working with such blue chip clients such as: Danone, Goodyear, Repsol, AT&T, Hershey’s, Dell, Diageo, Kraft, Wrigley’s and Ford.
He is Chief Financial Officer for Y&R and Bravo since 2008.

Timothy O’Sullivan, VP Shopper Marketing

The shopper can now purchase anywhere and everywhere. They often want an experience, not just a transaction. It is about delighting, sometimes unexpectedly, and making it simple.

Tim continuously searches for compelling shopper and trade insights, blending them with his 19+ years of P&G marketing and sales experience, to create solutions that delight the shopper and retailer alike.

A Florida native, Tim graduated with a BS in Marketing from the University of Florida. He and his wife have two teenage girls. Life at the O’s is anything but simple with two active teens at home.
Andy Halley-Wright, VP, Planning Director
Andy is a brand, marketing and communications strategist with over 25 years of experience in the US Hispanic; Latin American; and South African markets. In 1994, he was transferred by Y&R to Miami to head up planning and research for the Latin American region. He led strategy development for such clients as: Aero México, AT&T, Citibank, CNN, DHL, Ericsson, Ford, KFC, Sony, Telefonica and Texaco. He launched Brand Asset valuator in the top 5 LATAM markets. In addition to launching the 2010 BAV for the US Hispanic market, Andy has trained and developed the network of planners and researchers.

Razor-sharp insights, unrelenting creativity combined with a marvelous South African accent makes Andy’s Spanish delivery another tangible example of how we are “Bravo Bold”.
Emilio Alvarez-Recio III, New Business Director
Emilio began his marketing career in New York 20 years ago at Saatchi and Saatchi´s specialized division for Hispanic market. He subsequently joined Univision, the largest Hispanic TV network in the US, where his role as Manager of National Spot Sales was instrumental to the company growth during his 10 year stint.

Emilio later joined the WPP family as Regional Manager of Branded Entertainment where he serviced all WPP advertising agencies in the Latin American region by identifying product placement and integration opportunities for clients.

Today, he is responsible for the acquisition and development of new business in support of The Bravo Group.
Tiago Lee, Executive Director, Digital Solutions
Tiago joined Bravo in 2012 bringing his background in Big Data, Technology, Planning, Social Media and CRM disciplines accumulated throughout his 16 year career.
Originally from São Paulo-Brazil, where he developed work for clients like P&G, Ford Motor Company, Microsoft, Telefonica, Diageo and Nokia; he now calls Miami home and leads Bravo Digital and Social Strategy, crafting powerful results-driven digital experiences.
