Dick Maggiore, President and CEO
Dick has been at the agency since its inception in 1974, and has served as President and CEO for 19 years. Under Dick’s leadership, Innis Maggiore was named Ohio’s fastest growing agency for three years in a row, and ranked in the top 10% of the nation’s AAAA agencies. Dick’s top priority is the recruitment and development of agency talent. He also serves as one of the agency’s primary positioning experts, often working with the “Father of Positioning,” Jack Trout. Dick is an industry “Hall of Famer,” for pioneering dimensional outdoor advertising. His fervor for Northeast Ohio drives him to dedicate his time and resources to organizations such as the Child Welfare League of America, Kent State University, Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce, NorTech, Stark Development Board and FirstMerit Bank. Dick is a member of the board of directors for these organizations.
Lorraine Kessler, Principal, Client Services
Lorraine joined Innis Maggiore in 2000 and became VP of Client Services in September of 2002. Lorraine is the chief positioning strategist for the agency – and considers moving the agency into its most disciplined phase her greatest accomplishment.

Lorraine currently leads Shearer’s Foods and Progressive Foam Technology, and provides the brand and advertising strategy for the majority of the agency’s accounts.

Lorraine has a BFA from Bowling Green State University and an MFA from the University of North Texas State. Her passion for painting rivals her passion for positioning.
Jeff Monter, Principal, Creative
Jeff began his role as Creative VP in 1999. He has the pleasure of working on almost all accounts at the agency – from creative concepting to design direction. He once went an entire weekend without sleep to recreate an 80-page magazine when his computer crashed.

Jeff has a degree from the Columbus College of Art and Design, and most recently owned Monter Creative Design before merging with Innis Maggiore.

Jeff finds satisfaction in mentoring his creative team, even when it means that he’s given them the confidence to strike out on their own.
Mark Vandegrift, Principal, Technology Innovation
With the agency since 1997, our chief technology liaison oversees the web and interactive departments and is on the cutting edge of web 2.0. In addition, he actively manages GuideStone Financial Resources, Parker Hannifin and Bank of America.

Mark has a degree in both German and accounting from Hillsdale College. His greatest agency success was increasing direct mail response by 50% for Microsoft MSN – while cutting production costs by 25%!
Kathi Maggiore, Principal, Administration
An Innis Maggiore associate since 1981, Kathi has worked in virtually all segments of the business, and has held the top financial post since 1989.

Kathi is the leading guardian of the agency's profitability and financial position. She is responsible for the financial and operational aspects of the agency, including accounting, finance, human resources and information systems.

Kathi has been married since 1982 to Dick Maggiore, the agency's president and CEO.
Scott Edwards, Director Creative
Scott joined the agency in 2003 as our Director of Creative. In his tenure, Scott has actively worked on all major agency accounts through a combination of copywriting, creative direction and marketing strategy. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a MBA from New York University. As an enthusiast of the space program, he has met 4 of the Mercury 7 astronauts and 12 Apollo astronauts (including shaking Neil Armstrong’s hand) over the years.
