Michael Pavone, President & CEO
Michael oversees strategic business planning, new business efforts and ongoing agency management. He’s been recognized as an Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young, steered Pavone to a place on the region’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies list for five of the last 10 years and has been recognized as one of central Pennsylvania’s Forty Under 40. Michael is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
John Bassounas, Client Service Director/Partner
John supervises the day-to-day operations of the brand management team and provides direction and guidance on account service issues. His skill for prioritization, goal-oriented approach and proactive style helps the team keep the big picture of client success constantly in focus. John was named one of central Pennsylvania’s Forty Under 40 in 2013 and is a proud graduate of Villanova University.
Amy Beamer, COO
Amy works closely with Michael and our department managers in the day-to-day operation of the agency. She works with individual clients to determine their specific needs and develop marketing and media solutions tailored to meet their expectations and budget. Amy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Elizabethtown College and was recently recognized as one of central Pennsylvania’s Forty Under 40 and as one of the Top 50 Women in Business in Pennsylvania.
Hutson Kovanda, Executive Creative Director
Hutson provides insightful direction to the department in its creative undertakings for clients and oversees every step, from developing creative rationale to infusing each brand message with a recognizable tone. He takes a proactive lead on important issues and sets priorities for the creative department. Hutson is a proud Philly resident and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin.
Jodi Christman, Interactive Director
As Interactive Director, Jodi oversees a talented team of innovative professionals who strive to develop rich user experiences, cool websites, and solve client problems. Coming from a similar IT position in a marketing company, Jodi understands the value of tying solutions to business and user needs. She leads the group to be technologically agnostic and constantly adapt to the changing demands in the digital world. Jodi is a graduate of Shippensburg University.
Paul Murray, Director of Digital Experiencnes
As Director of Digital Experiences, Paul is responsible for delivering integrated, relevant and engaging experiences for users encountering brands anywhere within their digital ecosystems. Having worn nearly every creative hat there is, he has a knack for what works and his finger keenly on the pulse of what’s next. Paul is a graduate of Swarthmore College.
John Gilbert, Creative Director
As Creative Director, John uses his extensive creative writing experience to lead the agency’s creative department. He provides insightful direction to the department in its undertakings for clients and oversees every step from developing creative rationale to infusing each brand message with a recognizable tone. He takes a proactive lead on important issues and sets priorities for the creative department. John holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Lafayette College.
Greg Carney, Integrated Media Manager
Greg is responsible for identifying, recommending and managing the implementation of a variety of online and offline communications initiatives. With a deep knowledge and understanding of social and digital media trends, Greg works hand-in-hand with brand managers to curate our clients’ presence and tell a cohesive brand story across multiple channels. Greg earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
