Discretionary Comments:
Our Philadelphia office is staffed by 100 employees, with an additional 10 working from our Harrisburg satellite office.
Mary Stengel Austen, President & CEO
Mary Stengel Austen brings 20 years of leadership to the agency. She is one of the three founding members of The Tierney Group, the public relations company that was the precursor to the Tierney we know and love today.

Mary has provided strategic counsel to clients in many industries, for marquee brands like Verizon, Coca-Cola, Disney, Marriott, GlaxoSmithKline, McDonald's and Tiffany & Co. She is seasoned, smart and cool under pressure. In fact, her specialty is crisis — as in litigation, mergers, management changes and environmental catastrophes. So no matter what issue you're grappling with, relax. Mary is just a phone call away.
Molly Kuehn Watson, Chief Operating Officer
Molly isn't one to be pigeonholed. In nearly 25 years in the business, she has done it all. She began in Media at Young & Rubicam NY where, as a Vice President, she earned the "Media Excellence" award for her work on Advil. She later joined Tierney as Media Director and quickly helped drive new business wins.

After about ten years in Media, she naturally shifted to Business Development and helped land a piece of the Johnson & Johnson business. She transitioned into Account Management and next thing you know she was leading the entire Agency's Account Management department. In 2009, she added Interactive to her plate and has really helped it blossom. Not sure where she found the time, but in 2005 she received the Tiffany & Co. "Women of Distinction" award for parentspeak, an organization she co-founded to advocate for severely neurologically impaired children.
Debbie Griffin, EVP & CFO
Debbie learned the value of a dollar at a pretty young age. She worked three jobs to pay for college but that didn't stop her from graduating Summa Cum Laude. She began her career as an intern at Deloitte & Touche and left as a Senior Auditor.

She has been watching every penny at Tierney since 1983, when the company was known as Lewis, Gilman & Kynett. She climbed the financial ladder and became CFO in 1997. Everybody knows that money talks but the nice thing about Debbie is she's always willing to listen.
Patrick Hardy, EVP, Executive Creative Director
Patrick is a native of Paducah, Kentucky and landed at Tierney after stints in Miami, Atlanta, and Phoenix. His plan was to spend one year in Philadelphia on his way to the next town. 12 years later, the rest, as they say, is history.

Patrick's writing has given voice to some of the region's most notable brands — from Verizon to PECO Energy and Exelon to Commerce Bank, Independence Blue Cross, and Martin Guitars. His work includes memorable campaigns featuring such celebrities as Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa, James Earl Jones, John Mayer and Dave Matthews. He oversaw the merger of PECO and ComEd and the highly successful launch of America's Most Convenient bank — TD Bank.

He has won many awards locally, nationally, and internationally. And while he hasn't won any intergalactic awards, give him time and he'll probably do that too.
Sarah Lenhard, EVP, Director of Account Management and Strategy
Need something done? Give Sarah a call. She gets more done in a day than most people do in a week. Sarah joined Tierney in the nineties and by the age of 30 she was running the largest account, Bell Atlantic. In 1997, she scratched entrepreneur off her list and joined boutique firm SFGT. There she helped the agency grow six fold with cornerstone accounts Tylenol, Sunoco, Vanguard, and University of Pennsylvania Health System. After that, she joined LevLane where she led strategy and account management. Luckily for us, she checked homecoming off her list and rejoined Tierney.

She has earned a 40 Under 40 award from the Philadelphia Business Journal. She has been honored as a Woman on the Move by Main Line Today magazine. She has served on the Corporate Leadership Council of the Philadelphia Zoo. And she is currently the Director of the 4As Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies. Which means she's not only a doer, she's also a teacher.
Greg Siano, EVP, Director of Media Services
Greg doesn't like to overpay for anything. It doesn't matter if it's coffee, gas or a client's media buy. Most of his 20+ years in media have been at large New York agencies like DMB&B and Jordan McGrath working on clients like Procter & Gamble, General Foods and Nestle.

While at Tierney, Greg has pushed beyond the boundaries of traditional media. He has led media innovations like TD Bank's Time & Temperature properties, as well as driven his team to be completely versed in all aspects of interactive planning and buying. There is no doubt that Greg has some serious knowledge, which is probably why he is a media instructor for the 4As Institute for Advanced Advertising Studies.
