Gene Lewis, Chairman
Gene is the founder and Chairman of Lewis Advertising. Today he serves as the Agency's administrative leader. Gene has been recognized as an outstanding business and civic leader by numerous groups. He is a member of the North Carolina Advertising Hall of Fame housed at UNC in Chapel Hill. He also holds the prestigious Silver Medal Award from the American Advertising Federation and has been recognized with the Distinguished Citizen Award by the East Carolina Council of the Boy Scouts and the Rocky Mount Chamber.
Don Williams, President
Don began his advertising career as a copywriter at a Norfolk VA agency in 1966 and two years later he joined a Richmond agency where he met Gene Lewis. In 1969 Don joined with Gene to become the co-founder and first Creative Director of Lewis Advertising. During his time in the Creative Department, the agency was the recipient of over 500 local, regional and national awards. Today he serves not only as the agency's chief operating officer but continues as an account manager for several client brands. Don is the only member of the American Advertising Federation to receive two Silver Medal Awards in recognition of his contributions to advertising and he too is a member of the North Carolina Advertising Hall of Fame.
Phil Greer, Senior Vice President - Account Group Supervisor
Phil has over 25 years of advertising agency experience and following graduation from the School of Journalism at the University of Missouri, began his career as a copywriter for Henderson Advertising. He joined Lewis Advertising in 1988 in the Creative Department and a few years later he moved into account management working on the Hardee's brand. Today Phil oversees all of the work Lewis Advertising creates and places for Hardee's on a national basis while also overseeing management of several other regional brands.

Susan Hoerchler, Senior Vice President - Creative Director
A native of Wisconsin, Susan has been involved in advertising for nearly 20 years. She began her career in Chicago and later lived in Orlando where she spent eight years as a Copywriter and then Creative Director on a prestigious portfolio of travel-tourism, package goods, consumer and business-to-business brands. Under Susan's leadership, the Lewis Advertising creative team of very talented and motivated art directors, writers and interactive specialists has achieved a significant number of prestigious creative awards during the past year.
Lee Lewis, Senior Vice President - Out-of-Home Department
Lee Lewis originally began his professional career in the Lewis Advertising Outdoor Department and then transitioned into account management work on the Hardee's account for a number of years. Recently he returned to lead the Lewis Advertising Out-of-Home Department and supervises a three person team responsible for locating and contracting approximately 350 billboards and other out-of-home signs across the country.

Bill Sellers, Vice President - Digital Development
Bill has been an art director for a Sports Fishing publication and an Adjunct Professor of Graphic Design at a Virginia university. Along the way he became an expert in the creative development and management of websites for various regional and national clients. Bill has in-depth knowledge of all operating systems and software available for advertisers to use in developing on-line programs. Bill oversees a team of Interactive specialists.
