Manny Vidal, President and Chief Executive Officer
When Manny founded The Vidal Partnership, his goal was to build the most effective Hispanic marketing communications firm, raise the bar, and make a difference in the marketplace. The vision to create a best-in-class agency has led him on a thrilling journey: More than a decade later, TVP became a $200 million-plus agency, making it one of the largest multicultural marketing communications agencies in the United States. A hands-on leader, always immersed in the industry, Manny has been recognized as one of the most influential Hispanics by People magazine, Poder magazine, and Urban Latino magazine. He is a founding member of the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies, a member of the Board of Directors of the Ad Council, a Board member of the 4A’s, and advisor to the NYC Economic Development Corporation/Media.NYC.2020.
Antonio (Tony) Ruiz, Partner, Communications Planning
Tony’s wealth of industry experience in both strategy and media translates to insightful communications planning across all disciplines. Prior to joining TVP, Tony amassed years of experience at Conill Advertising, Saatchi & Saatchi’s Hispanic agency affiliate, serving as Media Director and later Managing Partner. He collaborated on the development of the first models for optimizing general and Hispanic-targeted media delivery to various consumer acculturation segments. Tony also served as Northeast Regional Marketing Manager for McDonald’s Corporation, working on strategic and creative development across general and multicultural market segments.
Alberto Ferrer, Managing Partner, Marketing + Operations
In his two decades of experience in disciplines that drive measurable business performance, such as direct and digital marketing, Alberto has worked on both client and agency sides in the general U.S., U.S. Hispanic, and Latin American markets. Prior to joining TVP, Alberto held management positions at Orcí, Wunderman/Young & Rubicam, J. Walter Thompson, Leo Burnett, and AT&T. Alberto was recognized as Hispanic Digital Media All Star by Adweek magazine and honored with the Hispanic Interactive Advertising Pioneer award by the Interactive Advertising Bureau.
Marco Vega, Managing Partner, Brand Management
Marco is recognized as one of the sharpest strategic thinkers in the Hispanic market. Marco came to TVP from Concept Café in Miami, where, as Partner and Planning Director, he spearheaded the transformation from small creative boutique to one of the most talked-about agencies in the industry. Marco previously served as practice leader of Marketing to Hispanics at the Zyman Group and Vice President of Account Planning at OLE. Earlier work at McKinsey & Company gave him exposure to a wide variety of industries throughout the Americas.
Brian Anderson, SVP Director of Digital + Direct Experience
Bringing over twenty years of marketing experience, Brian works with cross-functional Creative teams to generate innovative direct and digital strategies and client engagement efforts across channels. Prior to TVP, Brian served as Executive Digital Officer at GlobalHue and as Practice Director/Lead Executive for Stratos-Group in EMEA, and SVP Director of Digital Strategy for McCann World Group. His work has led to two Webby awards and a Cannes Lion for digital strategic and creative excellence.
Thomas Schimoler, VP Co-Executive Creative Director
Over two decades of creative work on top-tier brands in both the US Hispanic and general market have brought Tom a wealth of industry experience and knowledge. Previous positions include Executive Creative Director at Coyne Communications, Associate Creative Director on regional campaigns at McCann Erickson in San Juan, and Vice President, Associate Creative Director for McCann Erickson Worldwide’s International Team in New York.
Javier Fuentes, VP Co-Executive Creative Director
Javier has been bringing Big Ideas to life with TVP since its inception in 1999. Earlier career experience at Lápiz (Leo Burnett) in Chicago gave Javier the chance to work on major brands such as Coca-Cola and Eclipse. He began his career at as a copywriter in Madrid at Publicis Grupo K. Javier has been asked to serve as a judge for the Addy’s, FIAP, and O’Toole Awards, and has been a member of the Creative Committee for the Ad Council since 2006
Xavier Mantilla, VP Director of Communications Planning
With broad experience in traditional and non-traditional media, Xavier Mantilla works with all agency departments to bring channel considerations early on in the planning and development process. Experience from the pure digital (24/7 Media, CMGi’s Engage, Sapient) to full service advertising agencies (Ogilvy) and media companies (Neo@Ogilvy, Starcom MediaVest Group) has given Xavier a deep understanding of the integration of consumer touch points.
