Bob Morrison, CEO
With a wealth of big-brand experience at renowned agencies like Needham Harper Worldwide, McDonald & Little and BBDO, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit, Bob knows what it takes to build businesses. He has worked on the client side with Black & Decker and Domtar and on the media side with Reader’s Digest.

Bob serves on a number of boards, including the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA), the International Communications Agency Network (ICOM), The Ronald McDonald House of Atlanta, and Marist School.

Over the years, Bob has received just about every marketing and advertising award you can imagine. He provides clients with business and marketing leadership and often serves on our clients’ strategic planning committees.
Jeff Silverman, COO
Jeff grew up in Miami Beach, studied economics at William & Mary, then cut his teeth at Atlanta’s legendary McDonald & Little. He then moved on to creative hot shop HutchesonShutze, where he hooked up with Bob Morrison.

Since joining Morrison in 1989, he’s been praised by clients and co-workers alike for his strategic insight and leadership. Jeff’s primary responsibilities include strategic planning and directing the agency’s brand management, marketing intelligence, and media teams. Campaigns developed under his direction have won numerous awards for effectiveness and creative excellence. He has been a driving force behind Morrison’s growth.
Kyle Lewis, SVP, Chief Creative Officer
Starting as an art director in Los Angeles, Kyle chased opportunity to Atlanta in ’93, landing a coveted job at BBDO. Throughout his 16-year rise to Executive Creative Director, Kyle created work for brands like AT&T, Capitol One, Dell Computer, the Peace Corps, and the Georgia Lottery.

Having experienced the pain and pitfalls of a traditional agency trying to incorporate digital, Kyle went searching for a better way. A hardcore web technology shop in Virginia brought him in to help the organization become a full service ad agency. It was at Modea that he learned what the creative process for this digital age needed to become. The result was a new way of working that successfully incorporates the best of what technology companies and traditional ad agencies can contribute to creating integrated brand experiences.

25 years experience across traditional and digital agencies has prepared Kyle well to make big contributions at Morrison. First and foremost, he is an exceptional creative talent with a stack of One Show, CA, and Effie awards to prove it. More importantly, he has taken a deep dive into all marketing disciplines and emerged with the unique knowledge and skill-sets needed to accomplish our most important goal: moving our client’s business forward in the digital age.
Jeremy Heilpern, VP, Chief Digital Officer
Jeremy is an award-winning interaction designer, specializing in driving client businesses through effective digital marketing efforts.

Before joining Morrison, Jeremy worked with numerous clients in an array of industries. from starts-ups and emerging brands, to fortune 500 companies, even a U.S. presidential campaign. He joined Morrison in 2008, tasked with heading up the agency’s digital services practice. less than three years later, he was named the agency’s first ever Chief Digital Officer.

Jeremy’s passion, coupled with an impressive background in designing, developing and implementing a wide range of new media assets and interactive tools, makes him exceptionally creative at formulating engaging and effective digital strategies. He’s been awarded a WM. E. Surgner Excellence Award from the AAAA’s Institute for Advanced Advertising Studies, as well as recognition from The Web Marketing Association.
A graduate of The Art Institute of Atlanta, he holds a BfA in Web Design and Interactive Media, while also minoring in Advertising. He was named Best In Show among his graduating class.
Amanda Forgione, VP, Group Brand Director
You could say advertising is in Amanda’s blood. Parents, siblings, uncles, cousins and more have all worked in the industry.

Amanda graduated from The University of Georgia with a BA in Communications. After working in a media capacity at J. Walter Thompson – Atlanta, she joined Morrison in early 2000, moving into brand management because she wanted to touch every aspect of a client’s business.

Amanda has extensive experience in successfully guiding and growing major B2B and consumer brands, including Raymond James, Equifax, Verizon Business, CNL, Georgia’s Clean Air Force, Kodak and Buckhead Life Restaurant Group.
Vickie Hunter, Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Bryant, VP, Production Director
Jeff is responsible for planning and producing all agency non-interactive materials. Jeff works directly with account teams and clients to ensure the client’s brand is well represented.

Jeff’s 20+ years in advertising, both on the creative side and production side for top tier agencies like Ogilvy, McCann and J. Walter Thompson, brings an unparalleled advantage to any project. His awards list is too long to count but includes many creative as well as production awards.

Jeff attended Kennesaw State University as well as the prestigious Portfolio Center. In his free time, Jeff is either in the gym, restoring cars or prototyping ideas for patents. Jeff currently has 2 patents pending for signage and automotive.

In advertising, Jeff’s favorite quote is “there’s a couple things we can do here”.
