Sally Kennedy, CEO
Sally is a strong, strategic leader who has been commanding powerhouse brands to great success for over 25 years. Her passion is developing and executing precision business strategies for dynamic
global brands. Sally began her career in the U.K. on the client side, working for blue-chip clients Boots and British Telecom. She then hopped the pond and over to the agency side, becoming a rising star in the Y&R and Wunderman network in San Francisco managing business development operations. Her determination, insight and business acumen launched her to serve as Chief Marketing Officer for Y&R North America, and later President of Cossette in New York. Now at Publicis,
Sally brings her multi-disciplinary, integrated marketing experience to inspire the creation of contagious ideas that change the conversation.
Shon Rathbone, EVP, ECD
Since taking the reigns in 2006, he has recruited new talent and helped land new accounts Terminix, Sylvan, Sauza Tequila and the New Orleans Hornets. The office’s other major brands include BMW, PowerBar, Juicy Juice, Curves and Denny’s. Before joining Publicis, Shon worked for Carmichael Lynch, Hal Riney, Leo Burnett, FCB and was a partner at Chicago creative boutique RMD. As a writer, his work has won awards and driven sales for brands like Gatorade, Rollerblade, Schwinn, Polaris, Illinois Tourism, Coors Light, and Mack truck. During the dot-com boom of the late 90s, he helped pioneer the fusion of interactive and traditional disciplines as co-creative director of FCB’s digital practice. Shon is still a huge believer in “cross-discipline creativity” and has brought that approach to his work at Publicis, where he has combined people with advertising, design and interactive
backgrounds into one seamless creative team.
Rick Rogers, SVP,Group Account Director
Rick brings vibrant marketing experience working with an eclectic mix of leading-edge clients. He has worked for the U.S. Olympic Committee and national political campaigns. On the agency side, he has worked on accounts such as Air Canada, Mazda, Pepsi, ABC Television, Chrysler, Bombay, Pizza Hut, Hyatt, National Hockey League, Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Bureau, Cellular One and Verizon Wireless. Rick has been at Publicis for six years and currently leads the Curves brand in over 70 countries, as well as mulitple brands/projects for home services giant ServiceMaster. Fast-paced accounts demanding quick sales results and long-term customer relationships are to Rick’s liking. His Publicis tenure has also included leadership roles on retail, telecom, energy and home furnishing accounts. Rick is a former resident of both coasts and Toronto, but now calls Dallas home. A graduate of Arizona State University with business and journalism degrees, Rick also attended graduate school at UC Berkeley and is currently continuing graduate studies at SMU.
