Kim Boyer, President/ Partner
Kimberly Boyer President/Partner A product of Missouri wine country, Kim joined Adamson more than 15 years ago and was named president in 2007. As president, she adds responsibility for the agency’s other disciplines, including public relations and interactive marketing. Kim previously held management positions at Kenrick Advertising, as well as on the client side at Monsanto. However, one of her greatest achievements at Adamson has been as architect of BrandSmart™, our proprietary brand development process. When not working long hours at her desk, Kim is going through what her husband describes as a “Renaissance Stage,” in which she is learning how to fly fish, knit, build furniture, and make soap.
Jason Parks, Idea Director/ Partner
Jason Parks Idea Director/Partner Jason Parks is Adamson’s newest partner and one of Missouri’s most diehard Dallas Cowboy fans. He began his career in Kansas City as an Account Supervisor at Barkley Evergreen & Partners, where he worked on clients such as Payless, CITGO, and Dollar Rent-A-Car. He later came to Adamson where he was put in charge of such clients as the Missouri Lottery, Save-A-Lot food stores and ESPN. As the agency’s Idea Director, he now champions branding ideas that utilize all forms of media to connect with consumers in an engaging way. Occasionally to the chagrin of his lovely wife Rebecca and daughter Grace, he loves all outdoor sports and has been known to travel cross-country to catch performances of his favorite band, Van Halen.
Tim Halpin, Executive Creative Director
Tim Halpin Executive Creative Director Tim joined Adamson in 2007 and was named Executive Creative Director shortly thereafter. He is charged with leading Adamson’s award-winning creative experience team, and oversees the development of broadcast, print, out-of-home, direct, interactive and viral creative work for the agency’s consumer-targeted and business-to-business clients. Previous agencies include Advertising Savants, Arnold (where he worked for eight years on the Jack Daniel’s domestic and international business) and DMB&B, where he created memorable advertising for Budweiser, including two Bud Bowl campaigns for the Super Bowl. In what little spare time he has these days, Tim plays guitar in Gumbohead, a local New Orleans-style zydeco and funk band with a small but loyal following throughout the Midwest

Dave Gutting, Vice President/Director of Planning
David Gutting Vice President/Director of Planning In 2003, David came to Adamson with thirty years of industry experience, many of which were spent operating his own agency. He now oversees Adamson’s account planning team and his intensive studies of all forms of communication, including body language, has taught him how to uncover the buying instincts of virtually any consumer—from the “affluent gentry” to the “rural retiree.” In addition, David also heads our database-marketing process, and spends a great deal of his time implementing our proprietary brand development tool, BrandSmart™. He has a wide variety of outside interests ranging from movies to history to writing to baseball to collecting antique cufflinks, but David’s most enjoyable hobby these days is spending time with his grandson
