Rob Buchner, CEO
Drawn by the power of Campbell Mithun’s integrated offering, Rob stepped into the agency’s CEO post in 2013. He leads with a healthy dose of optimism, energy and experience. In decades of service at Fallon, he ran various agency units, contributed to an overseas expansion and, most recently, courted major brands as CMO. He’s had the privilege of serving clients including Amazon, Anheuser-Busch, Black & Decker, Chrysler, BMW, Coca-Cola, General Mills, Kimberly-Clark, Mercury Marine, Nestle Beverages, Nuveen Investments, Porsche, Sony and United Airlines. After earning his degree from the University of Illinois, he started his career at Campbell Mithun. And he couldn’t be more proud to be back.
David Carter, CCO
David creates brand stories. But as important as what he creates is how he does it. He approaches problems from the mindset of average consumers and knows how to translate a simple Big Idea across multiple platforms. One of the most highly awarded creatives working today, Carter co-created two of the One Show’s Top Ten Campaigns of the decade and has served clients including BMW, HBO, Amazon, Starbucks, AT&T, Jeep, Pepsi and Glenlivet Whisky. And as important as his past is his future: No one is more optimistic than David about the power of a great brand story. And no one is better equipped to bring our clients’ brand stories to life.
Steve Arndt, COO

Denis Budniewski, EVP, Director of Account Leadership & Growth
Denis knows how to drive client business. His teams have developed market-changing work across categories -- retail, CPG, financial services, telco and automotive – for clients including Sherwin-Williams, NASDAQ, Cadillac, Qwest, Audi, Polaris and four of Procter and Gamble’s billion-dollar brands. He’s earned numerous creative, digital and media accolades, including the accumulation of 12 Effies. Prior to joining Campbell Mithun, he served Saatchi & Saatchi, McKinney and most recently, Fallon, where as general manager he managed the 80+ person Cadillac teams in Minneapolis and Detroit. And speaking of driving, when he’s not working he enjoys amateur car racing and is deeply involved in youth lacrosse.
Chris Wexler, SVP, Director of Media Strategy & Interactive
Chris has a keen eye for tapping the power of emerging media forms and leads a 60-person team to do just that. He fights “group think” and focuses strategies around solutions, guided by a refreshing (and rare) perspective about digital media: it’s gotta actually work. Chris leads the groundbreaking work we do for Chipotle and has worked on brands such as 3M, Airborne, VW, Harley-Davidson, Sunovian, Microsoft, Porsche and American Express.

Though his career began on Wall Street and moved to Off Broadway theater, Chris found a passion for digital marketing and its unique mix of his three career constants: public persuasion, adaptation to change and all things digital. He joined us in 2009 from Crispin, Porter + Bogusky.
