David Shulman, President, Wunderman NY
By embracing a diversity of skills and styles, David Shulman offers clients the best thinking his team has to offer. From Kiev to Detroit to New York, David is known for inspiring teams to produce positive outcomes for their clients. He does it by creating a culture of entrepreneurism which leads to imaginative and productive solutions.

David joined Wunderman after serving as chief digital officer for WPP's Enfatico. Prior to that, David was managing director of Digitas Detroit, an office he founded and ramped up to a full-service 200 person office. During his nine-year tenure at Digitas, David held senior client leadership and new business development positions across the Digitas network in Boston, New York and London for clients such as General Motors, GlaxoSmithKline, InterContinental Hotels, and American Express.

David was brand strategy manager at Jaguar Cars, helping to introduce the S-Type through an award-winning campaign that included TV, print, direct response and digital. David also helped start software development firm, Software MacKiev in Kiev, Ukraine. David has extensive experience in the U.S. and Europe managing cross-capability teams in a range of industries including travel, electronics, insurance, pharmaceutical and automotive.

David holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He lives in New York with his wife Valerie and daughter Ariella. When he's not working or traveling you'll find him running, rock climbing or skiing.
Slavi Samardzija, EVP of Marketing Intelligence
Slavi is a direct marketing professional with extensive experience in the design and implementation of digital and relationship marketing programs. Since joining Wunderman in 2000, Slavi has developed results-driven strategies for such prominent global brands as Microsoft, HP, AT&T, Citibank, IBM, and Sony.

As Director of New York's Insights and Optimization team, Slavi provides leadership in web analytics; SEO and SEM planning; social media mining; speech analytics; audience targeting and segmentation; experimental design; and on-going optimization.

Slavi's entrepreneurial spirit and great passion for innovation have been demonstrated through numerous client engagements where he has led the delivery of pioneering solutions in the areas of dashboard reporting, scenario planning, advanced analytics automation, and search integration.

Most recently, Slavi led the development of the Listening Platform, Wunderman's proprietary solution for attaining timely, unfiltered, and un-moderated consumer insights, previously unavailable and unquantifiable to marketers. Listening Platform is combination of cutting edge technologies and processes designed to capture and analyze consumer behaviors at key moments of their journey by connecting consumer intentions (search), conversations (social media), and expressions (call center audio). The result is a rich, multi-dimensional seam of insight which is radically different and deeper than conventional research practices.

For his contribution to the agency and his clients, Slavi has received numerous recognitions and awards, most notably WPP's 2008 Atticus Merit for original thinking in Digital Communications.

Slavi started his career at Principal Financial Group in the Market Research department, and later moved to the Data Analysis and Modeling group where he embraced direct marketing. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing and Finance from Drake University. He has taken graduate level coursework in digital telephony with the Interdisciplinary Telecommunications Program at the University of Colorado, School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been published in DM News, BtoB Magazine, and Atticus Journal. He is also instructor for Wunderman University.

Slavi lives in Connecticut with his wife and two children. In his spare time he enjoys outdoor activities and coaching youth soccer.
Nick Moore, EVP, Chief Creative Director
Nick Moore took creative charge of Wunderman New York in September 2006 and is quickly transforming the agency into a conceptually-driven, multi-channel creative powerhouse. Embracing today's media landscape of real-time data, co-creation with consumers, and almost limitless channel combinations, Nick is pioneering exciting new ways to develop lasting conversations between brands and consumers.

Nick is responsible for leading every aspect of the creative process for New York?s diverse global client base, which includes Microsoft, MSN, Hewlett-Packard, Citibank, Diageo, AstraZeneca, and Land Rover. Wunderman has won over 30 industry awards in less than 2 years under Nick?s creative leadership.

Nick began his 20-year advertising career as a copywriter. Over the years he has developed a keen understanding of all aspects of relationship marketing and his work has received honors and accolades from almost every major industry award show. Nick has served on creative juries for D&AD, Cannes Lions Direct, and Industry Direct Awards and speaks frequently at industry events, including the 2008 Cannes Lions Festival. His thoughts have been published in DM News, AdAge, Adweek, Medical Marketing & Media, Brandweek, and The New York Times.

Notable successes so far include the appointment of Wunderman as Nationwide Insurance's Digital Agency of Record, and a stand-out campaign for the Partnership For Drug-Free America, which takes the respected not-for-profit into the digital space for the first time. Recognition is starting to come at shows such as the Webby's, while Nick's 'Search Master Steve' multi-media campaign for MSN AdCenter helped MSN Trade to win the US DMA's coveted accolade, Marketer of the Year 2007.

Before arriving in New York, Nick was Creative Director of the distinctive London agency TBWA\GGT (renamed Tequila\London following a merger with the fellow Omnicom shop). During his 5 years at the agency, Nick and his team won over 80 UK and international awards including two Cannes Cyber Lions and six Cannes Lions Direct. Notable campaigns included the digital and direct launch of Britain's first 3G network, '3', The Plan from the Pru, a rich online and offline CRM campaign for Prudential, which won a Gold Cannes Lion, powerful multi-media fundraising campaigns for Unicef, and consistently striking work online and offline for GM's Vauxhall brand.

From 1995 to 2000, Nick was Creative Director of London based BHWG, and was a member of the team which built on the agency?s success to create BBDO's global Proximity brand. Nick helped to grow the agency from some 80 people to 350 people, creating powerful campaigns for clients such as Volkswagen, Barclaycard, Unilever, the British Government's COI department, and the International Red Cross. It was in the late 90?s that Nick first became heavily involved in the digital media, creating innovative websites and online advertising executions for BT and other clients. The efforts of Nick and his team were recognized with nearly 100 awards from around the world including the US DMA Echo Award's 'Creative Best of Show' accolade.

Nick has served on a broad spectrum of Award Juries including the Cannes Lions Direct jury, the D&AD jury and the UK DMA jury. He has served on the DMA's creative Council, written articles for many different publications and, where time allowed, given a variety of lectures.

Nick lives outside New York with his wife, his two daughters, and his very dumb golden Labrador. Occasionally he manages to escape to his house in France.
Jennifer Lindstrom, EVP, Director of Client Service
Jennifer has 20+ years of marketing experience across a wide variety of categories including financial services, consumer products and technology. She leads a team
dedicated to delivering strong business results for clients through customer-centric programs. One of her strengths is managing large global accounts that focus on delivering seamlessly integrated communications programs across various marketing disciplines.

Jennifer began her career in New York with Wunderman Worldwide in 1987, working on
American Express Optima Card. Prior to her current assignment, Jennifer was the client services director for HP and global lead for the IBM account, overseeing all the relationship marketing and collateral activity for software, PC and services, both in print and online. For IBM, Jennifer developed and managed a variety of industry marketing programs including public sector and healthcare.

Previously, Jennifer was based in Mexico City and led the regional communications programs for Latin America as well as managing the local office. After American Express, she managed the Latin American consolidation of Citibank to Young & Rubicam based in Miami. Jennifer received a BA from the University of Colorado in international affairs and Italian.
Joel Barad, Global New Business Director
As Executive Director for Global New Business, Joel has been responsible in the last 10 years for finding new ways for Wunderman's many offices to serve existing and potential clients. In addition, Joel is the global team leader for our Diageo client. Prior to joining Wunderman, Joel was Chief Operating Officer of The Peterson Group, True North's Brand and Corporate Identity firm.

Joel began his marketing career at Ogilvy & Mather NY, progressing through various account management positions. His client assignments included BAT, Polaroid, American Express, Hershey, General Foods, Campbell Soup and Avon. His final 5 years were spent running the Seagram account both in the US and globally. After 12 years at Ogilvy, his Seagram client hired him to become VP of Marketing for Seagram's Asia Pacific division, living and working in first Hong Kong, then New York.

From 1981 - 2009, Joel was a Director of The National Trust for Scotland Foundation (USA). In recognition of his work on behalf of the both this organization and the Scotch whisky industry, Joel was elected a Keeper of the Quaich in 1991, by the Scotch Whisky Association.

Joel holds BA and MA degrees from Tufts University, and an MBA degree from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth. He has served on a number of charity boards, cooks French food, gardens, loves opera, and plays golf. He is married and has one son.
Chris Loll, SVP Innovation and Growth
Chris’ diverse career has always focused on successfully integrating strategy and technology – from planning future satellite systems for US Space Command to running a digital agency in London. Chris is a driven leader of innovation and effectiveness. As a member of the executive team at Wunderman New York Chris brings a wealth of international marketing experience across a variety of disciplines from brand to direct and a healthy list of satisfied clients, to name a few; Hilton, Mattel, Xbox, Sony, Chevron, Colgate, LG, Accenture, BBC and Microsoft.
The people and campaigns Chris has led have won industry awards for creativity and effectiveness, but more importantly have delivered business results and built relationships that are the foundation of the communication industry. During Chris’ eight years with WPP he has worked across four states, two countries, completed a MBA from UCLA and established a history of improving business outcomes.
Chris received his undergraduate degree in Biology and Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, he currently lives in New York with his wife and young son.
