The Dallas Council is bringing the 4A's Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies (IAAS) program to Dallas. For 40+ years the IAAS progam has been training the best and the brightest in the business. This course is the perfect vehicle for rising stars to learn the ins and outs of the business.

The faculty, judges and mentors are recruited from leading agencies. Under the guidance of these seasoned veterans, IAAS is the perfect vehicle for your next generation of advertising leaders to learn the ins and outs of:

  • The digital space
  • Positioning and branding
  • Team building
  • Creative brief writing and creative development
  • The media landscape
  • New Business
  • Presentation skills.

Best of all, students develop their skills by working on an actual client assignment in a team environment. This year’s client is Fossil. This will be a wonderful opportunity for your best and brightest to work on newsworthy business and creative problems. The course runs from February 6 through May 8, 2013, culminating with a team presentation to Fossil's representatives and a panel of industry professionals. Graduation is May 8.

Who Should Attend?
The Institute is designed for junior professionals with one to five years experience. The program is beneficial to all agency disciplines.


How Does the IAAS Benefit Your Agency?
After graduating from the Institute, your people will return to work with a better sense of the big picture, an enhanced ability to work in a team environment and a renewed passion for doing excellent work. The purpose of the IAAS is to provide exceptional junior staff with the chance to jump-start their careers and increase their contribution to their agencies. It is an efficient, cost-effective training program.


The Cost (tentaitve)
4A's members: The 4A's members cost for the 2013 IAAS program is $1,250 per person; the price for non 4A's members is $1,500 per person.


Registration
The registration deadline for the 4A's Dallas Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies is Wednesday, January 30, 2013.  Registration is via ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY. To register, click the appropriate register button shown below.


Course location will rotate through different Dallas agencies so that students experience the range of environments across the city.
