4A’s Third Virtual Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies (IAAS) Program
Held in conjunction with Northwestern University Medill IMC Program


Did you know that a coffee barista probably receives more training than a junior-level advertising agency employee?
 
4A’s is making it easier for agencies to do something about it. 

That’s why we are offering our third virtual Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies (IAAS) course, in conjunction with Northwestern University’s prestigious Medill Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Program. 

Beginning October 9 and running through December 12, our virtual IAAS will put your young, promising agency professionals into a real-life marketing environment and challenge them to apply their best thinking to deliver a creative solution and integrated communications plan for a client. We are delighted to announce this year's client is Klondike Ice Cream Bar. 

Just like our traditional IAAS (which is currently run in 9 cities), the virtual program is a comprehensive evening course with approximately 10 weekly sessions. It is designed for agency professionals/recent college graduates across all disciplines with one to five years of experience. Regardless of location, students meet virtually each week and are challenged, through teamwork, to develop an integrated communications program for a client’s product or service. The program concludes with each team presenting its campaign recommendations to a panel of experts who decide which team has executed the best strategy and creative work. 

Participants experience the same information presented in the traditional on-site workshops. Students work in newly created “mini-agencies” for a designated product or service. Each team will compete by “presenting” their campaigns to the “client.” Guest lecturers will be comprised of the best-in-class solicited from the 9 IAAS programs currently in place.

For Participating Agencies:
After graduating from the Institute, your people will return to work with a better understanding of the big picture, an enhanced ability to work virtually in a team environment and a renewed passion for doing excellent work and increasing their contributions. Marketing communications companies need a program that provides a real-life understanding of our business, and that is what IAAS delivers. The IAAS helps junior people jump-start their careers and increase their contribution to their agencies. It is an efficient, cost-effective training program.

Registration is available to both 4A's members and non 4A's members. All sessions and teamwork will take place online. 

Registration Fee

Early Registration (register by September 26):
$999 per student, 4A's members
$1,250 per student, non 4A's members

Register after September 26:
$1,250 per student, 4A's members
$1,550 per student, non 4A's members
