The 4A’s Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP) connects aspiring, diverse, entry-level advertising professionals with leading advertising agencies across the country. Since its inception in 1973, over 2,400 multicultural students have received unique, paid, full-time summer internships at participating agencies.

Held at ThreeSixty (10 Desbrosses, NYC), The Face of Talent is a full-day symposium that celebrates, challenges, and connects MAIP interns and industry professionals through an interactive forum,  leadership luncheon, career fair, and evening reception.

Diversity Leadership Luncheon-12:30pm-2:30pm
Industry executives and MAIP alumni gather at the Diversity Leadership Luncheon to usher the graduating class into the advertising community and acknowledge agency leaders who are demonstrated advocates of the industry’s diversity efforts.

Career Fair- 3:00pm-5:00pm
The annual Face of Talent Career Fair gives agencies an exclusive opportunity to hire from our highly qualified candidate pool. This year, 114 exceptional interns will have completed internships across the country, and the 4A’s is excited that 58 are recent college graduates, who are ready and eager for immediate employment.

Evening Reception- 7:00pm- 10:00pm
The Face of Talent will culminate with a congratulatory evening networking event that allows newly graduated MAIP interns, industry executives and MAIP Alumni to reflect on the day’s happenings and share ideas to help the industry evolve. The reception offers advertising professionals a unique opportunity, beyond the career fair, to engage and embrace new talent.
