It is more important than ever that you capture every dollar your agency has earned. You may have found, however, that too often, while many of your managers are brilliant in their own discipline, they’re less familiar with the financial realities of our business. In fact, some junior and mid-level managers were never taught how agencies actually make money in the first place. This workshop, is your chance to have them learn what they have been missing all along.

In this workshop, specially developed for junior and mid-level managers from all agency disciplines, Sheila Campbell, President, Wild Blue Yonder, will teach young agency execs how an agency makes and loses money, methods for protecting the agency's financial interests, and tips for increasing income from the agency's existing accounts.

Who Should Attend
The seminar is designed for all disciplines with at least one year of solid agency service. Staffers you think hold promise, but could use more experience, more confidence or more expertise, should attend. And, since this workshop will prove to be a valuable lesson in financial management, even more experienced managers will gain something by attending this seminar.

$375 per person, Non 4A's Member

Cancellation Policy
Excluding a $25 processing fee, refunds will be granted only if requests for cancellation are received by 4A’s in writing by Tuesday, November 4, 2014. No refunds will be allowed after this date; substitutions will be allowed provided arrangements are made with 4A’s.
