It is more important than ever that you capture every dollar your agency has earned. You may have found, however, that too often, while many of your managers are brilliant in their own discipline, they’re less familiar with the financial realities of our business. In fact, some junior and mid-level managers were never taught how agencies actually make money in the first place. This workshop, is your chance to have them learn what they have been missing all along.
In this workshop, specially developed for junior and mid-level managers from all agency disciplines, Sheila Campbell
, President, Wild Blue Yonder, will teach young agency execs how an agency makes and loses money, methods for protecting the agency's financial interests, and tips for increasing income from the agency's existing accounts.
Joining Sheila in this workshop will be Gary Duke, now president of Empower Brand Marketing. Gary and Sheila have worked together in both agency and client positions. Most recently, Gary was EVP and Brand Strategist for MDB Communications in Washington, DC, an agency highly respected for – among other things – its management of the agency’s and clients’ funds.
Gary’s been on the frontlines with clients for many years, making tough decisions and conducting hard conversations about money. He offers practical advice on how to work with clients in these touchy situations.
