Advertising agencies are filled with talented women.  However, women are still under-represented on many agency leadership teams.
Research indicates that one of the most powerful reasons is that women don’t do a good enough job promoting themselves i.e. talking about achievements, networking with powerful others and taking credit where credit is due.

Prior to starting Joyce Advisors, Nancy spent over 20 years as an executive or consultant in the technology and Internet industries working with such companies as Apple Computer, Doubleclick (now Google) Digitas and Gilt Groupe in both the U.S. and Europe. In addition to a B.S. in Language from Georgetown, Nancy has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She speaks 6 languages and lives outside of Boston with her husband and two daughters.
