Tonise Paul, President, CEO
In addition to her role as President and CEO, Tonise is also a Director of BBDO Worldwide. Under her leadership the agency has experienced over 10 years of year-on-year growth. Tonise leads Energy BBDO and our clients in crafting messages that are meaningful and involving to consumers and effective for our clients.
Dan Fietsam, CCO
As Chief Creative Officer, Dan brings 20 years of creative firepower to Energy BBDO. He has won every major award for blue chip brands such as T-Mobile, Dell, Sears, Coca-Cola and Anheuser-Busch, including 3 Cannes Lions. Dan oversees the agency's creative output and direction.
Tim Smith, EVP, CFO
As Energy BBDO’s Chief Financial Officer, Tim is responsible not only for ensuring that the agency achieves its fiscal goals, but also for making sure that we establish strong partnerships that allow both the agency and its clients to meet their top and bottom-line goals.
Lara Tennison, SVP, Director of Brand Experience
In this proprietary role, Lara is focused on keeping Energy flowing in areas critical to our own and our client’s success, including Agency/Client communication and teamwork, operational innovation, and technology driven solutions. Prior to joining Energy BBDO Lara worked at DDB Chicago.
