Ernie Capobianco, CEO
Ask Ernie why he’s been so successful and he’ll tell you, “If you believe it’ll happen, it usually does.” He thinks that’s pretty good advice for brands too. A born entrepreneur, Ernie started his advertising career by forming his first agency while still a student at Boston University. He followed this venture by not only becoming the youngest CFO in the history of Chiat/Day (not bad for a 32-year-old), but also by concepting and launching one of the best-selling board games of all time – Malarky. As a member of the AAAA Finance Committee, Ernie has spoken on agency compensation, contract negotiation, agency management, mergers and acquisitions, and information systems.
Judge Graham, CXO
Judge is a what-if, make-it-happen kind of guy. He’s a fast-paced team player devoted to results and solutions. He also has a sensitive side.
Judge believes in working hard and enjoying the ride. He remains the youngest ever recipient of the Comdex Small Business Leader of the Year Award. This Texas native also founded and cultivated his own digital agency — named Fort Worth small business of the year, and serving, among others, American Airlines, Dillard’s, Butterball, and United Way — before joining Square One.

Judge now oversees Square One’s creative and interactive departments, leading his teams to blend creative, strategic, media, and technical considerations into compelling campaigns that resonate and engage.
Judge brings more than a decade of online/offline marketing savvy to the table. His contagious passion for marketing inspires everyone he works with to “go for two.” Maybe that’s just a holdover from his football days.
Judge graduated with a BBA in Marketing and Information Systems from Texas Christian University.
Ric Delzel, ECD
Before coming to Square One, Ric was senior vice president/executive creative director for The Maxfield Group. Over the past 20 years he has worked with such brands as GTE, Daltile, American Olean, Fina, Me and Ed’s Pizza, Wilsonart International, Whataburger, Sprint, Arthur Young, Dave and Buster’s, Commodore Savings, Elk Corporation, American Airlines Sabre, Temple-Inland, Excel, Bailey Banks and Biddle and Eljer. But there’s so much more to being a creative director than just overseeing an agency’s creative product. Ask Ric and he’ll tell you it has everything to do with bringing out the best in people. That’s just what Ric does. Always calm, cool and collected, he has a special knack for not only creating powerful, award-winning work, but also for empowering people to reach their full potential. While Ric is a highly respected creative director, he is first and foremost an art director at heart. No matter the client, no matter the project, his passion lies in making sure the final creative product measures up to the highest of standards, while simultaneously meeting the long-term goals of the client.
