AGENCY DESCRIPTION
Wing believes in the joy of invention. We strive to be as interesting as our history and look to the future, continuing to create culture and build brands as the new world and new America evolve.

Our values are:

Focused advocacy.
Our clients have a lot of competing priorities, so we make it part of our job to keep marketing to Hispanics at the top of the list.

No preset agenda.
Our goal is to build the business and the brand. We don’t go in saying we have to do something different or have to do the same; we go in thinking we have to do what will work the best.

Collaboration.
We believe in working together with other marketing partners as if we all have the same client, because we do.

Do, not say.
Great ideas aren’t great if you don’t make them happen.

Healthy dissatisfaction.
We’re only as good as our next idea, so we keep working.
