Eric Morgan, President
Eric's strength is in studying the mindset of an audience to garner an intimate understanding of motivations and behaviors. Armed with this knowledge, he is able to design a communication strategy that marries mainstream vehicles with emerging and non-traditional channels. The result is a smarter way of connecting with the audience. For Eric, communicating strategy is more about out-thinking than it is about out-spending. Prior to forming Morgan + Company, Eric was Senior Media Planner/Buyer at Fitzgerald Advertising where he managed several accounts including K&B Drug Stores, Abita Springs Water, Perque Carpet & Drapery and the New Orleans Centre. Eric joined Fitzgerald from The Ehrhardt Group where his responsibilities included all local, regional and national print and broadcast media for such companies as International Paper, WCKW-FM, Gaylord Chemical and Corporate Realty. He started his media life as a Planner for Montgomery Stire & Ehrhardt where he worked on Harrah's Casino and the New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation. Since 2002, he has held the position of adjunct professor in Loyola University’s Communications Department teaching Advertising Media Planning. Eric also participates in Loyola University’s Executive Mentoring Program, where he mentors a group of freshman business students. Currently he sits on the Board of Directors for the DREAM Fund, supporting those in the advertising industry in times of need. Eric earned an M.B.A. at Tulane University and a B.A. from Loyola University in Advertising Communications with a minor in Marketing.
Renee Stuart, Director of Media Buying
Renée is a native of New Orleans, and graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

Renée comes to Morgan + Company from the multi-named, multi-national McCann-Erickson-Temerlin-McClain-LCI where she worked on both local and national accounts as a Market Specialists. She gained valuable experience while working on Texas Tourism, General Motors, Kohl's, Lowe's Home Improvement, Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits and Kirschman's Furniture. Because of the enormous scale of each of these clients, her tour at LCI granted her the ability to master the day to day management and execution of very demanding and detail oriented promotional and branding initiatives.

Before Media Buying, Renee was employed as a Research Analyst at Media Direct. During her tenure at Media Direct, she compiled market research books complete with demographic profiles, trends, projections and competitive reports for prominent industries and consumer markets. These research books were utilized by the account planning and buy teams as the basis for the design of client strategies and tactical recommendations.

With over fifteen years of partner marketing, digital marketing and account management under her belt, Amanda decided it was time to take the leap from client side to agency side. At Morgan & Co. Amanda wears several hats, and gloves, and mittens. Hailing from Northern Wisconsin, where you jump around to keep warm and stay alive, we put her to task in several departments. Amanda oversees campaign conversion programs and processes for clients, builds and manages client PPC programs, works on client landing page call to action strategies, spearheads several strategic initiatives for the agency, and creates content for public events, in between everything else.

Her marketing expertise is the result of years working with Healthcare organizations such as eHealth and Medicare Solutions, Financial Services companies like Bank of America and Wells Fargo and consumer media brands like AOL, Fortune and CNN. Prior to taking her career online, Amanda spent years in design and retail marketing working for several toy companies including MindWare, University Games, inventor of Murder Mystery Party and Great Explorations, the nation’s leading producer of glow in the dark toys. Who doesn’t love noodling over a mystery under the glow of stars on a ceiling? Some days it feels like the media challenges clients bring to the table that we happily, and heartily, take to task solving.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B. F. A. in Illustration and Tulane University in Media Arts, Amanda lends a design perspective when called upon and is a member of the New Orleans Chapter of the American Marketing Association. Once a weekly tennis player, now forever a tennis enthusiast, Amanda is also a board member of the Friends of Atkinson Stern Tennis Center.
