Allen Bosworth, President
Allen left DMB&B two years after Joe, to join him as a partner at Erwin Penland. Allen’s DNA is about fast-paced, ever-changing, complex retail accounts – accounts that constantly demand new ideas and smart, strategic thinking. He is part attorney, part accountant, and 150% dedicated to each of our clients’ goals and bottom lines. He gets sales numbers from some clients twice a day. He, too, built his career on restaurant and retail brands, including Quincy’s, Wendy’s, MCI and Michelin. And he’s been on the front lines as the wireless communications industry has grown up, leading EP’s account for the 25 years we’ve worked with what is now Verizon Wireless.
Con Williamson, Chief Creative Officer/President
As Chief Creative Officer, Con leads creative, experiential & technology efforts (all the "makers") across the agency. Most recently Con was Chief Creative Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi, in charge of creative for all brands including Lenovo, Tide, Cheerios and the Miller Brewing company. Over the last decade in NYC he has been with Fallon, JWT, his own agency Lodge212 and Euro/RSCG where he was Chief Creative Officer, responsible for Dos Equis, Heineken, Jaguar Automobiles (Global ECD), Kraft and The Atlantic. In 2009 the Dos Equis “Most Interesting Man in the World” campaign won Cannes Titanium and Effie Gold. He's led new business efforts which included wins on Lenovo, Trident, Heineken and the New York Stock Exchange. Con has also had creative responsibilities during his career on Jet Blue, Royal Caribbean, Cadbury, Macy’s and ESPN.
