John Paulson, CEO, G2 USA
As CEO, G2 USA, John is responsible for the agency’s six offices in the US, which offer services in Relationship Marketing, Digital/Interactive, Branding & Design, Promotional Marketing, Experiential and Shopper Marketing, and Data Analytics. In addition, John oversees the development of G2’s multidisciplinary offer across the entire North American marketplace, and serves as a member of G2 Worldwide’s executive management team. John’s multi-channel communications expertise is the product of an extensive career spanning a range of disciplines, including media planning, account management, integrated marketing and digital communications. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, he has held management positions at DDB Worldwide, M&C Saatchi, GREY Interactive, J. Walter Thompson, GREY Advertising and MVBMS. Prior to his appointment as CEO, John served as President of the agency’s interactive practice.
Nancy Leibig, Executive Director, General Manager, G2 Chicago
Nancy is responsible for overseeing the work of the Chicago office of G2 USA, managing existing client engagements, as well as the development of new business opportunities in the region.

Nancy is a seasoned and savvy agency leader, having held senior management positions at some of the world’s most renowned agency brands, including executive positions at DDB and Draftfcb. Most recently, Nancy was a managing director at DDB for three years, attracting business such as Reebok global, H&R Block, Wrigley global, and AT&T.

Prior to that, Nancy spent a decade at Draftfcb, where she managed all marketing services, including digital, analytics, media, and strategic planning. During her tenure at Draftfcb, she was responsible for substantial new and organic growth and attracting and growing clients including CVS and M&M’s. Additionally, Nancy worked to build DraftHealth, a consumer healthcare business, winning J&J, GSK, and Kaiser Permanente.
John Pyne, Chief Financial Officer, G2 USA
John is responsible for the financial stewardship and business operations for the agency’s North American offices. Prior to joining G2, John served as Chief Financial Officer at GCI Group. He also has served in senior financial management positions at BearingPoint and Booz Allen Hamilton. John is a graduate of University of Vermont, has an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Silberman College of Business and is a CPA.
Tom Conti, President, G2 USA
As President of G2 USA, Tom oversees digital and interactive operations in New York and Pennsylvania, in addition to growing the agency’s activation marketing and digital capabilities throughout the US. He also oversees the agency’s portfolio of healthcare businesses in the Relationship Marketing practice. A multifaceted marketer, Tom brings deep expertise as a practitioner across all marketing disciplines, having worked with a broad range of companies such as DuPont, Comcast, The Coca-Cola Company, Acura and SEI Investments.

Prior to joining the agency, Tom held the position of President at The Star Group, where he led the agency through significant growth across all disciplines and geographies. His impressive track record in agency leadership also includes time as Senior Managing Partner at MRM/Princeton, part of McCann WorldGroup, as well as at Earle Palmer Brown and Ketchum Communications, where he held senior management positions.
Bruce Henderson, Chief Creative Officer, G2 USA
Bruce recently joined G2 as Chief Creative Officer, overseeing the entire creative department of G2 USA. Prior to coming to G2, Bruce spent eight years at Ogilvy, New York, where he held roles ranging from Digital Copywriter to Group Creative Director. While at Ogilvy, he worked with a diverse group of clients, including Siemens, TD Ameritrade, Six Flags, Dove, Perrier, IBM, SAP, and DuPont, and helped develop campaigns ranging from “More Flags. More Fun.” for Six Flags to “Somewhere In America” for Siemens.

Prior to Ogilvy, he served as Editorial Director at the pioneer digital firm Bruce has deep, hands-on experience in all media channels, and the creative work of his team has been recognized with a wide range of industry awards.
Eric Pakurar, Executive Director, Strategy & Planning, G2 USA
As Executive Director of Strategy & Planning, Eric oversees the implementation of the agency’s proprietary G2 Pathfinder planning process in North America and is responsible for strategy and integrated planning across G2 USA’s practices, including experiential, design, interactive, promotional, relationship and shopper marketing. Previously, Eric served as Head of Strategy in the New York office of Naked Communications, where he was responsible for oversight of 30 Naked strategists, with client work including the rebranding of NBC, and development of global and local strategies and communications plans for clients such as Coca-Cola, Samsung Electronics and Kraft. Prior to that, he was Brand Planning Director at DDB, where he helped to found the communications discipline there. Eric began his professional career in book publishing at Random House and is a graduate of Swarthmore College.
Scott Stern, Exec. Dir., Integrated Solutions & Biz Dev, G2 USA
As Executive Director, Integrated Solutions & Business Development, Scott leads all business development efforts across the G2 USA network, including our integrated practice offering to our existing client base. His wide-ranging experience spans account management, business development, campaign & communications planning, and the creation of field marketing networks at multiple WPP agencies, as well as at independent shops across the US. He successfully managed multiple domestic and global new business pitches and accounts—in myriad categories—including alcohol/beer, carbonated & still beverages, CPG, electronics/gaming, financial services, QSR, retail and telecom.
Laurie Schuster, Executive Director, Talent Management, G2 USA
As Executive Director, Talent Management, Laurie oversees employee acquisition, education and retention across the entire G2 USA network. Her unique and wide-spanning agency experience includes leading client engagements to recruiting for positions and disciplines in digital, direct and integrated marketing services. Laurie has held senior account, strategy and marketing roles at Digitas, Atmosphere BBDO and Project (RED), among others. In addition, she established the digital practice at industry recruiting firm Eileen Haubenstock & Associates.
