Mark Cadman, Chief Executive Officer
After considering law at the University of London, Mark smartly decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and embark upon a career in advertising back in 1987. Mark joined the graduate training program at DDB Needham in New York and spent three years learning his craft on Madison Avenue. Returning to London, Mark has spent the last 15 years working at top agencies such as AMV.BBDO, J Walter Thompson, Lowe and Euro RSCG. In 2003 Mark became the Managing Director of Lowe London.

In addition to his management responsibilities, he ran the agency’s key Tesco account. In 2005, Tesco was recognized as Advertiser of the Year by Campaign magazine following the launch of a number of highly successful campaigns for Britain’s biggest retailer. In 2006, Mark became CEO of Euro RSCG London and during his tenure grew the agency from fifteenth to the fifth-biggest agency in the UK.

During that time the agency won nine new clients, the largest of which was 3 Mobile. Mark joined the Seattle team in early 2010, bringing his wife and two daughters from London for what they all know will be an exciting life and career adventure.
Bob Moore, Chief Creative Director
Bob Moore, an international award-winning creative talent, took the helm as Chief Creative Officer for Publicis USA in May 2006. He also serves as Brand and Creative Leader for the T-Mobile business and Chair of Publicis USA’s Creative Board.

Bob has held top Creative Director posts at Wieden + Kennedy (Amsterdam and Portland) and Fallon, Minneapolis, where he led the work for United Airlines. Over the years, he has won a long list of creative awards from some of the most prestigious international shows, including Cannes, D&AD and One Show, and has worked with major global clients such as Coca-Cola, Nike, Microsoft, United Airlines and T-Mobile.

Moore, who was trained as a copywriter, started his advertising career at Sharp Hartwig and then Cole & Weber in Seattle before joining Wieden + Kennedy in Portland, Oregon in 1990. In 1992, he moved to Amsterdam to help launch the Wieden office there and in 1996, he returned to the Portland office to run Microsoft and several other accounts, including Alta Vista, Oregon Tourism and Coca-Cola. He also ran the Nike business with Hal Curtis before joining Fallon in September 2000.

Bob continues to be based in Seattle, home to some of the most creative and innovative businesses in the world, and maintains offices in both Seattle and New York.
John Fitzpatrick, SVP, Marketing and Business Development
John manages new-client strategy and acquisition for Publicis and has worked with
clients such as Kaiser Permanente, Sony, Holland America Line, Clearwire, Wells
Fargo, Nordstrom, and many others. With more than 25 years of senior management
experience in marketing, product management, and finance, John brings a true
client perspective to Publicis. Prior to Publicis, John worked as a venture capital
executive-in-residence, frequently taking C-level operating roles in VC portfolio
companies. His experience includes more than 100 product development and launch
cycles, 13 M&A transactions, and international channel development in more than 40
countries. John also spent a decade with Microsoft in various product and channel
management roles, including leading the Healthcare vertical market team. John’s
education includes the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, and the Stanford
Graduate School of Business.
