Andrew Anson, President
Andrew has more than 15 years of experience as a marketer. He provides strategic direction and business development for Anson-Stoner. Andrew’s innate business sense and analytical abilities have led to the development of highly successful campaigns for clients in many different industries. He encourages out-of-the-box thinking and input from all disciplines, which leads to many previously untapped and unconsidered communication and marketing solutions. Andrew strives to maintain an agency that yields unprecedented results for its clients. Under his leadership, Anson-Stoner has developed and executed award-winning campaigns for a variety of clients, including Planet Fitness, the Florida Department of Health, Sun Sports, FSN Florida, Subway Restaurants and Huckins Yacht Corporation. He is an honors graduate of the University of Central Florida.
Jessica Roberts, Executive Vice President
Jessica has been at the helm of the media department since the agency was founded in 1983. She has been responsible for planning, buying and overseeing all media placement for the Florida Department of Health, Subway Restaurants, Rec Warehouse, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and other clients who place a premium on planning and cost efficiency. Jessica’s extensive experience in media buying and planning includes work with such clients as Universal Studios, Hilton Hotels, Pizza Hut, Florida Tomato Commission and the State of Florida. In her outstanding career, Jessica has analyzed every type of media in local, regional, and national marketplaces and she has more than 30 years of experience in media planning for branding, retail, destination and attractions.
Tom Macaluso, Senior Vice President, Creative Director
Tom is a creative professional who believes in results. His career is a testament to that attitude. After beginning his career at Anson-Stoner, Tom advanced to key creative positions at a formidable national agency, where he was instrumental in the development of successful programs for clients in tourism, manufacturing and many other industries. From there, Tom moved on to Disney’s Yellow Shoes Creative Group, where he developed three of the company’s most successful campaigns: Tower of Terror, Cirque du Soleil, and Disney’s Annual Pass. A local, regional and national award-winner, Tom rejoined the agency as Creative Director in 2007. Since his return he has been responsible for successful campaigns for clients such as Planet Fitness, Kennedy Space Center, Centro Properties Group, and Pointe Orlando.
Karen Madanick, Vice President Media Director
Karen has over 20 years’ experience in planning and buying all types of media, spanning work for clients such as Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, Pizza Hut, Universal Studios, Planet Fitness, Florida Department of Health, Brixmor Properties and Florida Virtual School.

Karen is responsible for planning, buying and overseeing media placements that epitomize Anson-Stoner’s standards for effectiveness and cost-efficiency. She is an expert in the new digital wave of media buying and remains ahead of, not just on top of, the latest research techniques, trends and opportunities available to our clients.
Jeannie Clary, Public Relations Manager
Jeannie believes public relations should be strategic, compelling, and above all, genuine. Bringing that ethic to Anson-Stoner, she develops public relations programs to provide clients with truly engaging and integrated marketing campaigns. Jeannie has provided strategic media relations, community relations and social media programs to a broad scope of public and private companies, including American Airlines, Aon eSolutions, CoolSculpting, eBay, ExxonMobil, Florida Virtual School, Invisalign, Hershey’s, Kforce, Kinko’s and Open Table. In addition to agency experience, Jeannie directed all U.S. public relations efforts for a global Fortune 1000 company. She has garnered top-tier results across industries, including technology, lifestyle, education, insurance, healthcare, finance, aviation and energy. Jeannie holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida.
