Andrea Diquez, CEO
A passionate, innovative thinker with significant global leadership experience, Andrea Diquez was recently appointed CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi New York, after most recently serving as President. In this new role, she will continue her leadership on P&G, one of the agency’s most important clients.

Prior to her role in New York, Andrea served as CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Mexico, where in just two years she successfully doubled the agency's business and led them to win 3 Cannes Lions and 3 Effies.

Ms. Diquez began her career at Conill, Saatchi & Saatchi’s Hispanic arm in the US, where she worked on major brands, including Reynolds Metal Corporation, Tylenol, Prudential, Church’s Chicken, Sunny D, Gain, Olay, Tide, Pampers and Toyota.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Andrea makes a point to hire people who make her laugh.
Christine Prins, Chief Marketing Officer
Christine Prins joined Saatchi NY in October 2014 from kbs+, where she was most recently Chief Growth Officer. Throughout her six-years at the agency she built and ran the new business department helping attract key clients such as BMW, Vanguard, HomeGoods, American Express, Harman Kardon, and Bank of Montreal, among many others. Christine had previously held various new business positions at Publicis USA leading up to her stint at kbs+.

Prior to jumping into agency new business, Ms. Prins spent several years at a merchant services startup where she managed marketing and sales as well as day-to-day operations and customer service.

Originally from Miami, Christine is fluent in Spanish and holds a BS in Marketing from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. She is an active member of the 4A’s agency new business committee and lives in Manhattan with her husband.
Natalia Schultz, Chief Talent Officer, Americas
Before joining Saatchi, Schultz spent 11 years at Grey Worldwide where she was most recently responsible for the strategic management of all Human Resource operations in North America. She played a pivotal role in helping to architect organizational change and drove the organization to build new capabilities such as an integrated digital offering, a communications planning capability, and an expanded entertainment and activation expertise.

Schultz rose through the ranks at Grey initially focusing on business development with key leadership roles such as Associate Director of New Business and Director of Prospecting.

Her additional agency experience spans across account management, strategic planning and new business.
