James Connelly, CEO
James Connelly is a young tech entrepreneur who has achieved significant recognition in the dynamic mobile marketing industry. James co-founded Fetch, an award winning mobile agency with offices in London, San Francisco and Berlin. He’s been listed by in The Drum’s ‘Top 50 Most Influential Individuals in Mobile' as well as the ‘BIMA 2014 Hot 100’, a celebration of the hottest people in UK digital today.
In the midst of the digital advertising boom in 2005, James was an early believer in mobile. After managing seven figure mobile advertising campaigns and working with leading brands to define their mobile strategies, James launched Fetch in 2009 as one of the first dedicated mobile advertising agencies in the UK. A popular speaker and regular contributor to press he’s spoken at events across the world including Cannes and sits on the UK Advisory Board of the Mobile Marketing Association.
Greg Grimmer, COO
Greg is a well known figurehead in the digital media landscape, a member of the IPA and an oft-quoted press spokesman on digital advertising, as well as a frequent judge of major advertising and marketing awards. His influential column on has been now running for five years and has received wide acclaim from both within and outside the industry. He has also co-authored two books on marketing “Advertising Works 12” and The Digital State.”
Greg began his career in media planning at Delaney Fletcher/Bozell and then CIA where he rose to become Strategic Planning Director, and joining the board at the age of twenty eight. He joined Optimedia before becoming Commercial Director at newly founded ZenithOptimedia Group in 2003.
Greg became MD of Zed Media in 2005. He grew Zed from 50 staff and billings of £52million to 120 staff and billings of £130million in a three year period and the agency took a pre-eminent position in the digital arena, winning awards for work in DiTV, Mobile, and social networking.
In 2008 Greg became a founding partner at Hurrell Moseley Dawson and Grimmer (HMDG) a ‘new model’ advertising agency with partners across the advertising, creative and planning spectrum. The agency from launch attracted brands including, Aston Martin, Nestle, and the launch of WIRED magazine.  
After selling his stake in HMDG, Greg was enticed by the founders to join the Fetch success story with a brief to expand the company into new global markets and new areas of marketing services.
Fetch was acquired in November 2014 by the Dentsu Aegis Network. It currently works with clients including Ebay, Expedia, and William Hill.
Guillaume Lelait, GM North America
As General Manager, Guillaume Lelait is responsible for leading operations and growth of Fetch in the United States. Guillaume is a veteran mobile marketing expert with deep expertise in mobile ideas, strategy and execution. Guillaume relocated to the US from Fetch’s London office, where he served as Group Account Director for several award-winning clients including eBay,, William Hill, Debenhams and Sony Music.

Prior to joining Fetch, Guillaume managed creative efforts for PhoneValley in the UK, working across the Digitas and Razorfish agencies in mobile and providing strategy to brand innovators including McDonald's, Nissan, NSPCC, Pfizer, Purina and Shell.

Guillaume holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Reims Management School.
