Jeremy Cornfeldt, President, US
As President of iProspect, US, Jeremy leads iProspect’s strategy, product offerings and client services teams. A true visionary, Jeremy builds upon the agency’s strong foundation and core offerings to drive growth and champion the agency as an emerging digital performance powerhouse. He has extensive experience building strategic relationships with large complex brands and believes in maximizing the benefits of partner relationships to create new opportunities for iProspect’s clients in the marketplace. For the last 11 years of his 20 year career in marketing and advertising, Jeremy has held key roles within the Dentsu Aegis Network, including overseeing the Global Media Partnerships team and working hand-in-hand with Facebook, Apple, Microsoft and Google. Jeremy launched AMNET, the Dentsu Aegis Network media trading desk in the US market, which established customized automated trade offerings for Fortune 500 clients.
Sam Huston, Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer, Sam has an unmatched ability to invigorate ideas and innovations while remaining true to core business objectives, ensuring iProspect’s client solutions drive performance. In the last 14 years, he has garnered a depth of experience across agency specialties including media, creative, and entertainment. As CSO, Sam leads the agency’s charge to understand consumer trends and predict future digital developments. He believes the way of the future, and the game-changer for brands, is in the strategic amplification of a campaign via holistic digital performance marketing.
Mike Gullaksen, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Mike creates operational excellence by aligning our people, processes and technology to create product innovation and support agency growth. Mike joined iProspect through the acquisition of Covario where he held the position of CEO. Prior to running Covario, Mike worked for 9 years at iCrossing as the Senior Vice President of Search. He has built a reputation for creating award-winning digital marketing teams, and developing proven digital strategies that drive business growth for Global 1000 clients. Mike also serves on the Board of Directors and as President for SEMPO (Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization), helping drive clarity for today’s digital marketing professionals.
Katy Huber, SVP, Human Resources
As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Katy views HR as a strategic function that supports iProspect’s goals and objectives to drive growth, client satisfaction and brand value. In a company where people are the greatest asset, she recognizes the importance of building a strong employee experience and is excited to do so in the unique and fast-paced culture at iProspect. Previously, Katy worked at Weight Watchers for 13 years, and was one of the first employees at WeightWatchers.com. Throughout her career, Katy has been instrumental in developing the HR function of companies, including senior-level leadership programs, new employee on-boarding protocol and global performance management processes.
Kim Sivillo, EVP, Managing Director, East
Kim Sivillo is the Executive Vice President, Managing Director for iProspect’s east coast offices. She knows a thing or two about helping clients achieve their direct response goals since she’s been doing it since the days of direct mail. Kim evolved her integrated marketing experience into a digital expertise, and now her sole focus is helping clients exceed their goals ahead of schedule and under budget. She’s a true believer that the greatest successes an agency and their clients can achieve come when they form a true partnership. Quick to play the devil’s advocate, you can often hear Kim pushing her teams and clients beyond traditional thinking toward their next big success.
Jon Leicht, SVP, Managing Director, West
Jon is the Senior Vice President, Managing Director, at iProspect in the San Diego office. He’s responsible for all West Coast clients, including Sony, PETCO, Intel and T-Mobile. He brings a wide perspective to client service and strategy in digital marketing from both the in-house and agency side of the industry, specializing in cross channel integration for large international companies. Before joining iProspect in 2014, Jon was with Covario for eight years, working in both Project Management and Client Services.

With over 20 years in the online marketing, Jon truly enjoys solving clients’ biggest business challenges in this digital landscape. He’s also very passionate about developing talent here at iProspect, encouraging his team to find their own path and think “outside the box” when it comes to their role here at the agency.
Matt Kropp, SVP, Managing Director, North
Matt is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Chicago and Detroit offices. Matt has more than 20 years of digital marketing experience in SEO, Paid Search, Local Search, Social Media and Web Analytics. He has built a reputation for creating award-winning client engagements that have helped numerous Global 1000 clients grow their online business. Matt oversees iProspect’s business and operations in his region, developing and leading progressive digital marketing teams to drive results for iProspect clients. Matt joined Covario in March, 2010 as Senior Director, Client Services. He was able to leverage his experience in implementing search-centered solutions to help Covario’s clients. Covario was acquired by iProspect in 2014.
Danielle Smith, SVP, Managing Director, South
Danielle Smith is the Senior Vice President, Managing Director at iProspect, overseeing the Fort Worth office’s client business, including Hilton, Neiman Marcus Group, NRG Energy, Carter’s/OshKosh, adidas, among others. An interactive marketing veteran, client partner, and holistic strategist, Danielle ensures we’re delivering innovative solutions to solve our clients’ biggest business challenges. With solid experience in both Account Management and Strategy at Range Online Media, Danielle joined iProspect during the acquisition of the agency in 2009, working closely with clients, with a concentration on global luxury retailers. Since then, she’s continued to expand her client roster to include various Fortune 500 companies across multiple verticals. The true definition of a “team player”, Danielle enjoys working with her teams as they see the greater vision together.
