Mike O'Neill, CEO
One of Switch’s three fearless leaders, Mike builds the overall creative caliber of the organization, oversees account development and drives the business strategy for Switch and its 110+ full time and 900+ field employees.

Mike led Switch's spinoff from Anheuser-Busch and subsequent operations as an independent, experiential agency liberating brands from the confines of traditional media to drive consideration, trial, advocacy and ultimately purchase.

Mike boasts 25+ years of alcohol and CPG brand marketing experience, leadership experience in developing promotions and marketing programs for traditional, new media and channel programming to support distributor sales efforts in both on and off-premise.
John Nickel, President
John oversees experiential operations including field staffing, project management and all in-house production services. His formative years track back to being a lighting designer, meeting and events producer for dozens of major corporations.

John brings a 35+ year track record of experience in almost every phase of creative development, production, production management and operations.

John is a St. Louis philanthropist and big believer in giving back to the community. He is on committees for Arts & Education, Christmas in St. Louis, Variety the Children’s Charity, Junior Achievement, Webster University, amongst others.
Kevin Quigley, EVP + Partner
In 1980, Kevin was a founder of Busch Creative Services Corporation (now Switch.) With 35+ years of experience in marketing communications, Kevin has worked with Ralston Purina, Nissan, Toyota, Monsanto, Seven-Up, Anheuser-Busch and many others.

Kevin has worn many hats during his tenure, serving as a writer, business strategist, producer, project manager – and financial, contract, insurance, administration and IT leader. Kevin’s deep understanding of the agency/client relationship ensures both our employees and clients the best service possible.

Kevin received his MBA from Washington University, St. Louis and his Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Dramatic Arts from the University of Missouri-Columbia. And when he’s not crunching contracts and talking IT, you can find Kevin in the gym, playing soccer or snarfing down sushi.
Annie Castellano, Chief Creative Officer
Now in her 11th year with Switch, Annie spends her days overseeing the development of strategies, concepts and creative ideas for clients in a range of disciplines from digital to live events. In the early days of her career, Annie served as a copywriter developing promotional and print campaigns for Nike and Anheuser-Busch InBev. Since then, her passion for the psychology of human communication has driven her to more experiential forms of marketing where audience engagement rules.

These days, Annie works with her team of writers, analysts, strategists, creative directors and digital specialists to create interesting and effective programs that facilitate lasting connections with people. Some of her favorite clients include MD Consult, Procedures Consult, ScienceDirect, the Missouri Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, vitaminwater, Savvis and Natty Light.
