Win Peniston, SVP, Managing Director
Win has 18 years of brand marketing & advertising experience with Omnicom’s BBDO, DDB, Interpublic’s The Sloan Group, Beacon Branding (which he Co-Founded) and is now Managing Director of WPP’s Proof Integrated Communications. He has provided long-lasting strategic solutions to clients that include Gillette, Delta Air Lines, McDonald’s, Cablevision, Maxfli, HBO, Anheuser-Busch, Wachovia, LG and Prudential Douglas Elliman. Win joined the Proof management team from Posner Advertising, where he led the strategic planning and business development teams, in 2009. Win’s areas of specialization include digital and traditional branding, marketing, advertising and public relations for consumer and business-to-business marketers. Win is an expert brand communications strategist and has a consistent track record of driving transformational organic, as well as new business development results for the agencies that he has represented. As a producer & copywriter earlier in his career, Win has won numerous advertising industry distinctions, including Cannes Lions, British Design & Art Directors, Clios, ADDYs, Creative Media, Show South and One Show awards. Win holds a B.A., Cum Laude from the University of Colorado, Boulder and is a frequent guest lecturer/speaker on marketing and advertising, as well as a variety of trade/industry conferences.
Tony Telloni, President
Tony Telloni is the President of Proof IC, a full-service advertising and marketing communications agency. Proof IC, formed by the combination of Burson-Marsteller's Marsteller advertising division and PSB's advertising unit PSBcreative, specializes in the creative execution of communications based on research and data to drive superior results for clients. In addition to his role leading Proof IC, Telloni serves as New York Market Leader for Burson Marsteller. In this capacity, he is responsible for management and oversight of the New York operations, as well as the strategic direction of the firm's headquarters. Telloni's experience includes creating integrated marketing communications and public relations programs for a variety of products and brand. He currently provides counsel and support to a variety of clients, including Applica Consumer Products, Century 21 Real Estate, Coca-Cola, and Sony Ericsson. Prior to joining Burson, Telloni served as a Senior Vice President and Deputy General Manager for the Consumer Brands group of Edelman New York. In this role, Telloni provided counsel and oversight for a variety of clients, including Canon, Diageo (Captain Morgan), Eos Airlines, Hershey Foods, Microsoft (Vista), Pfizer (Listerine), Starbucks and Unilever (Snuggle), among others. Prior to Edelman, Telloni was a Vice President in FitzGerald Communication's New York office; providing marketing support for a growing client base that included IBM Business Consulting Services and The ABSOLUT Company. Prior to FitzGerald, Telloni served as Director of Corporate Communications and Public Relations for Reciprocal, a digital rights management (DRM) services company. Prior to Reciprocal, Telloni spent more than six years at Ruder*Finn where he was instrumental managing several consumer accounts and product launches, including the creation, management and execution of the "World's Largest Grilled Cheese Sandwich" event for Kraft Foods, Inc, the 25th Anniversary of the Sony Walkman, and the worldwide/award-winning launch of the New Beetle on behalf of Volkswagen. Telloni honed his media relations skills at a healthcare communications firm, as well as in Boston where he worked on a number of political initiatives. Telloni earned a master's degree in writing and publishing from Emerson College and a bachelor's degree in journalism from Ohio University. He resides in Mendham, NJ, with his wife Elise and children Olivia (8), Luke (6), and Evelyn (3).
Matt Lieppe, VP, Exec. Creative Director
Matt Lieppe is Chief Creative Officer of Proof Integrated Communications. He writes, directs and produces advertising and creative communications—including television, print, outdoor, radio and interactive—for numerous organizations, corporations, nonprofits, and political candidates. He has worked on behalf of some of the largest Fortune 500 companies, universities, and NGOs. Among the better known are Intel, Dominion Virginia Power, Procter & Gamble, People for the American Way, the Ford Motor Company, Visa, the Motion Picture Association of America, Canon Cameras, the Olive Garden, Pampers and Microsoft. Matt has won numerous awards for both creative excellence and efficacy and believes that in order for creative work to be successful it must solve business challenges in memorable ways. Prior to his work at Proof Integrated Communications, Matt worked at Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates, D’Arcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles, Grey Advertising, The Glover Park Group, and ran his own creative media services firm, Caffeine Creative. In addition to his work in advertising, he wrote and produced an off-Broadway play called Sailing to Byzantium and was the writer, creative director and co-producer of the documentary film, A Blinding Flash of the Obvious, which won “Best-of-Show” at the 2006 Breckenridge Film Festival. Matt graduated from Columbia College in New York City with a degree in English literature and creative writing.
Jay Leveton, Chief Executive Officer
Jay Leveton is Chief Executive Officer of Proof Integrated Communications. He is an expert in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and has led domestic and international research projects in over 25 countries ranging from China and Indonesia to Angola and Azerbaijan and has extensive experience in both corporate image management and high level political research. His work focuses on messaging, ad testing, ad tracking, crisis management and corporate communications consulting. He has conducted research for major national Democratic Party political clients and numerous Fortune 500 companies. Jay has worked with such corporate clients as American Express, RIM, Verizon, Yum! Brands, Pfizer, Procter & Gamble, Comcast, Ernst and Young, Accenture, Fannie Mae, Nestle Waters, TXU, HMS Host, Tyson Foods, Ford, and BP. Additionally, as former President of PSBcreative, the advertising agency within Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates, he managed corporate reputation and issue advocacy campaigns for clients such as Dominion, Con Edison, Shell, Peabody, Ford, Hormel and numerous strategic alliances and coalitions. Jay's comprehensive knowledge and experience in both market research and advertising brings Proof Integrated Communications' evidence-based approach to fruition from the top down. Jay has been with the Burson-Marsteller family for over 10 years. He graduated magna cum laude from American University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
