Chuck Porter, Chairman
Erik Sollenberg, Global CEO
Erik Sollenberg was named CP+B’s Global CEO in August 2017. Erik oversees CP+B’s offices around the world and helps shape the agency’s product development, innovation initiatives and global growth. Erik joined CP+B from renowned Swedish agency Forsman & Bodenfors, where he served as CEO for the last 14 years. F&B has long been recognized for their brilliant and innovative work, creating global campaigns for clients including Volvo, IKEA and Procter & Gamble. Under Erik’s leadership, they have consistently been in the top tier of international agency rankings, and have won over 100 Lions and six Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions Festival for Creativity. In the last three years, they’ve been recognized by the Gunn Report as the most awarded agency of the year, and they’ve been named Independent Agency of the Year at Cannes, Agency of the Year at The One Show and Agency of the Year at the Art Directors Club.
Linus Karlsson, Global Chief Creative Officer
As Global Chief Creative Officer, Linus leads the creative process across CP+B. An award-winning and renowned creative leader, Linus has served as Chief Creative Officer of Global Brands at McCann-Erickson, led Chevrolet globally as Creative Chairman of Commonwealth/McCann, and co-founded Mother New York. Most recently, he founded and ran MING Utility and Entertainment Group, a creative company based upon design, technology and entertainment, which worked with clients such as IKEA, Polaroid and BMW.
Danielle Aldrich, President
Danielle Aldrich is President of CP+B West, where she is responsible for client relationships and business development for the Boulder and Los Angeles offices. During her collective 14 years at CP+B, Aldrich has led a diverse group of brands such as AND 1 Lifestyle Brand, TRUTH Anti-Tobacco, Old Navy, Burger King, Fruit of the Loom, Pearl Izumi and Hotels.com, to name a few. During a brief stint away from CP+B, Aldrich also helped launch and grow the US Red Bull business at Kastner and Partners NYC, where she served as account and strategic lead. During her tenure at CP+B, she’s helped the agency win over 300 creative awards and honors, including a Cannes Titanium Grand Prix and a Grand Effie. A self-proclaimed brand junkie, Aldrich had the pleasure of working on some of the agency’s most acclaimed and successful campaigns, including “Subservient Chicken,” The Burger King “King,” “Whopper Freakout,” Old Navy “Super Modelquins” and Hotels.com “Captain Obvious.” Aldrich currently runs Hotels.com, Fruit of the Loom, Hershey’s and American Airlines.
Ralph Watson, Chief Creative Officer
As Chief Creative Officer, Ralph Watson leads the Boulder Creative Department and was a key leader in CP+B’s INFINITI, American Airlines and Hershey’s wins. He has worked from coast to coast in the US, including at Leonard/Monahan on Polaroid, McKinney running Audi; at Team One on The Ritz-Carlton and Lexus; at Arnold on ESPN.com, Ocean Spray, and Jack Daniels; and at Saatchi & Saatchi NY as Head of Art running Miller High Life, General Mills Fruit Snacks, and on the OLAY brand for P&G. He then joined BBDO as Executive Creative Director, running The Economist and launching AT&T’s campaign “Rethink Possible.” Afterwards, he became an Associate Partner & CCO heading up the Goodby Silverstein office in Detroit and running its largest account, Chevrolet. Just prior to CP+B, he was back in NYC at BBDO and launched the Bud Light campaign, “The Perfect Beer for Whatever Happens” during the Super Bowl. And, just between us, Arnold Schwarzenegger can’t play ping pong a.k.a. “tiny tennis.”
Devin Reiter, Managing Director
Devin serves as the Managing Director for the Boulder office, where he is responsible for client relationships and business development. Prior to rejoining CP+B in 2015 Devin was an Executive Account Director at McCann Erickson in New York, where he helped reposition Verizon FiOS, supported the USPS in their most successful holiday season to date and led and won the New York Lottery account. During his 2010–2014 tenure at CP+B, he led efforts on Microsoft such as the global launch of Phones, Windows 7 and 8 as well as Bing. In addition, Devin oversaw many facets of American Express, including Small Business Saturday, OPEN Forum and the travel segment. Devin’s time was also focused on helping to spread the mission of the Gates Foundation. His career thus far has proven to be quite dynamic as it relates to categories; from QSR and retail to footwear and technology. He has worked on Verizon Wireless inclusive of the award winning “Can You Hear Me Now” campaign, Popeye’s Chicken, Wendy’s and the long standing Dave Thomas campaign, Foot Locker and Champs Sports. He currently oversees the Kraft Heinz portfolio of brands, Frito-Lay, Infiniti and Domino’s.
Courtney Loveman, Co-Head of Strategy
Courtney Loveman has a rare combination of MBA and MFA that feeds a mostly healthy confab between the right and left sides of her brain. A nonconformist of the highest degree, Loveman’s passion for strategy is grounded in a cultural curiosity that has taken her from luxury fashion and beauty to mass CPG and fast food, with to the US prison system, the funeral industry. At CP+B, Courtney Loveman has led strategy for traditional accounts (Amex, MetLife, Domino’s, Kraft) and co-led the Brand Invention group, developing agency-owned brands and equity partnerships in verticals as diverse as apparel, food+beverage, and tech. Prior to joining CPB, she worked client-side in strategy, marketing and design for iconic brands, including Ralph Lauren, Maybelline and Seventh Generation.
Jen Hruska, Co-Head of Strategy
Jen Hruska is a Co-Head of Strategy at CP+B. During her five-year tenure at CP+B, she has focused on revitalizing classic brands American Airlines, INFINITI, Old Navy, Triscuit and American Express, as well as working with change agents Aspen Dental and Netflix. Prior to CP+B, she lead strategy and research for clients such as American Eagle, Stride Rite, Hasbro, Playtex and Seventh Generation. She’s a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a BA in Business and the University of Texas in Austin, with an MA in Advertising.
