WEBINAR RECORDING Ambitious women creatives face particular challenges in the most gender-imbalanced discipline in our industry. This webinar focuses on creative business leadership and talent management, and as such, is relevant to anyone working in a creative capacity in any industry. It will focus specifically on how to advance your career in an environment where, contrary to what a predominantly white male creative leadership may say, for women it is NOT "all about the work" when it comes to getting hired, promoted, applauded, awarded and financially rewarded. It will include frameworks for thinking about your creative career, how you present yourself and your work, and how you interact and communicate with your managers and leaders, combined with practical tips and guidance for identifying actions and behaviors that will ensure you: (a) get taken seriously, and (b) get seen as a creative leader as early as possible. What You Will Learn
  • Actions you can start taking tomorrow that will reframe you as a creative force to be reckoned with
  • Frameworks for thinking that give you the confidence and authority to compete with white, male privilege in creative departments and agencies
  • Career-enhancing behaviors that will ensure you are both respected and taken seriously as a creative leader
Who Should Attend
  • Female creatives who want to be ECD
  • Women and men of color in creative positions who are frustrated by barriers to progress in their career
  • Men who want to know how to attract, manage and retain future female/diverse creatives and creative leaders to create a competitive advantage for their agency
  • Anybody who wants to make money out of being creative
